Car hire
Super fantastic thank you for a lovely hire car and very cheap. Would use every time

Unreliable, unprofessional and impolite. They just want to make money without offering any service. I rented a car and never got it for unclear reasons. They kept the money and put the blame on me. The worst experience I've ever had.
Car Rental
I want to warn other potential customers to stay away from Enjoy Travel. They aren't transparent about their policies and this could cost you money. They don't disclose important things for example, you can't collect the car rental with the debit card you made the booking with. You must have a credit card, this isn't really mentioned anywhere and they don't tell you this before booking. It leads me to believe there may be other things that they don't mention on purpose. They have kept a lot of money in an unfair matter and refuse to give it back. So be very careful and don't book with them! Unless you don't mind losing money to these people!!
Car Rentals
It was my first time using EnjoyTravel and my experience is very bad and I will let the community know they should never use this company's service. I booked a car rental and I received the voucher which doesn't show the cost of rental. It didn't give me the information that the international driver license is required while booking and on voucher. When I reached to the car rental counter, I am not allowed to rent a car from them due to lack of international driver license. I had no choice to other rental company to rent a car and found out all other rental companies at the same location don't need an international license. The car rental company told me to deal with EnjoyTravel since they were not going to charge any rental fees. But EnjoyTravel still charged me full cost of rental fee without refund. With all the trouble of renting the car we booked through EnjoyTravel, we had to spent more money and time on renting a car from another company on site. I offered EnjoyTravel to charge me a service charge but refund the car rental fee. EnjoyTravel just ignore my requests without return my emails. Lessons learned, never trust EnjoyTravel and book any services from them.
Car rental in Edinburgh
scammers. We had rented a compact car Citroen Berlingo through the site with greenmotion. When we wanted to pick up the car in Edinburgh, they didn't have this model, but they did have a free upgrade, a large wide van! To drive on the small narrow roads of Scotland. No thanks. Another car was not possible because we had supposedly opted for a VAN. While the website clearly states compact car and there is no mention of a van. The only alternative was a BMW for which we had to pay 900 euros!! Be warned!!

We have had nothing but big headaches with this company. First, they charged us an exorbitant amount of money to change the car rental pickup time to a later time on the same day. When we decided to cancel the car rental, it took several phone calls (long distance – they have no toll-free number) and emails over a period of two weeks to finally get our refund. They were quick to charge more, but reluctant to provide our refund which we were entitled to according to their policy.
Car rental disaster
Same as the other reviews, i tried renting a car through this website. They did not pay the car rental company, and they gave us wrong information about the opening hours of the company, therefore we were not able to inform them about our flight delay.
Due to this delay, our reservation was considered a no-show and was canceled without any notice.
Never again.
Car Rental UK
First time booking a car with Enjoy Travel and everything seemed fine. Before picking up the car, I realised in the “fine print” you must pay the security deposit using a credit card ONLY in the name of the Main Driver. I don't have a credit card in my name, we always put it on my partner’s credit card when we rent a car. I was told over the phone I have to pay £120 for extra insurance because I don’t have a credit card in my name, otherwise I can’t rent the car. Very annoyed we would have to pay an extra £120, I brought everything they required (Passport, Driver's license, and 2 proofs of address) to the rental office. In the end I was told I couldn't rent the car because I hadn't lived in my current address for at least 3 months so did not pass the credit check. It was a Saturday, all the other offices were closed. It was then too late to cancel our paid accommodation bookings for the weekend. The entire weekend was ruined! We are still fighting to get our refund from these crooks, which they say isn’t owed because we needed to cancel 48 hours in advance. Truly appalling, and what a horrendous track record. Wish I had read other’s reviews.
