Booked for Bulgaria Beach Holiday
I would recommend other people to avoid this company by all means for their poor service delivery. I had paid for a holiday with this company, but I was talking to a customer service team agent over the phone; I felt offended by some of the words she was spitting at me and told her that I wanted to cancel the order. I sent the customer service team an email indicating that I wanted a refund on the amount I had paid. However, the company emailed me back saying that they would only refund half the price? Can you even imagine that for a trip you didn’t go? I don’t recommend this company!
