Carrental
I recently booked a rental car through Enjoytravel.com for Frankfurt airport (ENJ-16958418).
When we got there, we had to wait atleast 30 minutes just to talk with the employee. When it was finally our turn, we were told there we're no more cars available, even though we had reserved a while before. Wheego (the rental company) blamed enjoytravel and told us to call them but they were closed since it was Sunday so we ended up having to rent another car from another company which ended up costing 2x more.
This made us late by 2 hours to our destination and also put a lot of stress on us, it's something that should never happened.
I contacted wheego and enjoytravel.com, it had been 1 week so far and nothing has been solved so far.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Enjoy Travel's car rental services. I had booked a car for my vacation in Los Angeles well in advance, and I thought everything was in order until two days before my trip when the local rental company associated with Enjoy Travel contacted me. Shockingly, they informed me that they didn't have the car I had reserved, as it had been sold out. Naturally, I was flabbergasted by this unexpected turn of events.
I immediately contacted Enjoy Travel's customer service to inform them about the situation, but all they did was ask me to send an email detailing the issue. That's when my real nightmare began. It has now been more than three agonizing weeks, and I have not received a single response from them. I've called their customer service numerous times, only to be met with the same response: "It's in process."
This entire ordeal has not only left me carless for my vacation but has also ruined the trip I had been eagerly looking forward to. What's even more frustrating is that Enjoy Travel had no qualms about deducting money from my account the moment I made the reservation, yet they failed miserably at providing the service I had paid for.
Based on my experience, it's painfully clear that Enjoy Travel is engaging in questionable practices, bordering on scams. They lure you in with attractive deals, take your money upfront, and then conveniently forget about providing the promised services. There's absolutely no semblance of customer service or accountability.
I urge anyone reading this review to steer clear of Enjoy Travel. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and financial loss that I endured. They can't be trusted, and you'll likely never get the car you booked, especially in specific locations like Los Angeles. It's a complete letdown, and I regret ever doing business with them.

We rented a car in Turkey through Enjoy Travel only to find out they had canceled the arrangement without any notification. This left us high and dry in a foreign country. According to Enjoy Travel, when I sent an email confirming my flight time had not changed and to seek directions on how to pick up the car, they took this as a change and proceeded to cancel things. They said they sent an email but I have no such email. Interestingly they kept my initial deposit even after canceling and would not refund. I've had to get my credit card provider to refund. It's an absolute disgrace the way they operate. It's an all too familiar story when you look on the web. They take your deposit and cancel if you send an email of any sort (as they will automatically take as a change even if you say hello!).

Utterly disgraceful company. Despite us having a clear print out at the start of the rental agreement showing minor damage and a damage report at the end of the agreement, the additional insurance policy would not pay out. They have extremely small print that states that photos must be taken at the end of the agreement. This was not made clear to us and we have the evidence at the start and end. They also picked us up at the airport in a 4 seater car despite us having 5 luggage cases, 3 children and 2 adults. The lady who picked us up was laughing as we told her it was dangerous to be in the car. Stay clear, awful customer service too.

Dit bedrijf is een oplichter. Ik had een premium verzekering gekocht in Canada. De verzekering dekt niet de Noort Amerika landen. Ik moest een duur verzekering kopen, anders kreeg ik de auto niet. Mijn advies nooit een auto huren via deze website. I made a reservation for a rental car with enjoytravel.com.
They did send me an invoice and a reservation number with “Thrifty Car rental”.
The invoice was CA $ 792,83 everything included.
When I wanted to pick-up the car, I was asked for another US $ 1 690.-
I had to cancelled the reservation and went without a car.
I asked enjoytravel.com to refund my CA $ 798.83. They never even answered me properly. They never gave me a penny back.
How would you rate a company like this?

Arranged car pick up for 00:15 on 17 March.
Arrived at Drivalia a few minutes early to collect car to be advised that they had not received our booking from Enjoy Travel and they had no car for us! We were then advised to come back at 6am in the morning (6 hours later!) as they were receiving a delivery of cars and would have a car for us then.
Went back to the Drivalia office at 6am and it was closed. (opening hours advised were 06:00-00:30).
Tried ringing office number and Emergency mobile telephone number repeatedly, but no answer.
Waited outside the office until someone finally bothered to turn up at 7am before we could get a car.
Absolutely disgusted that had to wait 8 hours in the airport (we landed at 11pm).
I have written to EnjoyTravel and they advised I did not arrive before office closed at 00:30. Despite the fact I advised them I was in the office before 00:15. CCTV will prove that.
I emailed Enjoy Travel again on 21st April asking for a refund, but they have not bothered to reply.
Avoid at all costs, cost almost £100 for a car for 26 hours.
Not at all impressed.

Apart from waisting my time and ruining my holiday plans i got no refund and they are refusing giving me a refund, eventhough the problem was wrong information on their website that only 1 year of driving license needed clearly stated. They are trying to find excuses every time i challenge them and prove them wrong but anyway will escalate this not for the money but the principle.

We rented a car to be picked up from Belfast city airport. At the time of booking no information was clearly visible that we need to check with the rental company about driving licence requirement. Everywhere it is 1 year and that is what was mentioned as a general statement as well. When we went to pickup the car, the car rental company denied us the car and said we will not charge you and I have added that in the notes. You should be able to take refund from EnjoyTravel.
Now, when we are asking for refund they are finding excuses and not returning the money. I will definitely not do business with him again and also recommend people to be very careful. They don't know ethics of doing business and only in the market to rob people of their hard earned money.

I booked a car in London on 22-Mar-23. After booking I found out there is very very fine print regarding a crazy amount of documents they need and a £1,500 deposit on a £200 rental. I tried cancelling within 30mins of booking but they refused and stole my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It is too good to be true and it’s more or less a legal scam. Stick with the reputable firms
