Carrental

Here is the corrected version of the text:

I booked a car in Tbilisi using the service. I chose the pick-up location to be Tbilisi Airport. When I arrived in the city, the rental company they work with took me to another location in the city center to pick up the car. It took me 45 minutes to drive one way and 45 minutes to drive back because I had to drive in the opposite direction, which increased fuel consumption.

I wrote a request to Customer Service, provided all necessary information and proof, but I still haven't received an answer.

Moreover, the rental company charged me 20 Euros for a cleaning service, which wasn't described in the agreement. After 3 months of back-and-forth emails, they finally refunded the fee.

EnjoyTravel doesn't listen to customers. You won't be able to get your money back if a rental company charges you something extra.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Enjoy Travel's car rental services. I had booked a car for my vacation in Los Angeles well in advance, and I thought everything was in order until two days before my trip when the local rental company associated with Enjoy Travel contacted me. Shockingly, they informed me that they didn't have the car I had reserved, as it had been sold out. Naturally, I was flabbergasted by this unexpected turn of events.

I immediately contacted Enjoy Travel's customer service to inform them about the situation, but all they did was ask me to send an email detailing the issue. That's when my real nightmare began. It has now been more than three agonizing weeks, and I have not received a single response from them. I've called their customer service numerous times, only to be met with the same response: "It's in process."

This entire ordeal has not only left me carless for my vacation but has also ruined the trip I had been eagerly looking forward to. What's even more frustrating is that Enjoy Travel had no qualms about deducting money from my account the moment I made the reservation, yet they failed miserably at providing the service I had paid for.

Based on my experience, it's painfully clear that Enjoy Travel is engaging in questionable practices, bordering on scams. They lure you in with attractive deals, take your money upfront, and then conveniently forget about providing the promised services. There's absolutely no semblance of customer service or accountability.

I urge anyone reading this review to steer clear of Enjoy Travel. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and financial loss that I endured. They can't be trusted, and you'll likely never get the car you booked, especially in specific locations like Los Angeles. It's a complete letdown, and I regret ever doing business with them.

Carrental

I recently went to Malta . Unreliable, unprofessional and impolite. They just want to make money. I rented a car and never got my deposit money back.Someone scratch on the back door, seems they did this job to keep all the deposit money.I took full coverage, they did not send any report to me or the insurance company. Since you left the country they don not anser your phone. They kept the money . The worst experience I've ever had.

Car rental in Greece

I used this company on two occasions. On both I had to pay before renting a car. On the first, they wouldn’t let me rent a car when I got to the counter as I did not have an international driver’s license, yet no where did they mention I needed one when I paid. Hertz and Avis let me rent cars without an international driver’s license. On the second occasion, my flight was delayed and so I wasn’t able to rent the car I paid for. They did not want to refund me for either instance.

Car Rental

Never again. Their invoice doesn't clearly state whats their pick up timing. They state start and end of rental and pick up location and its time. Even when we reached pickup location at the time of operation, our booking wasn't there in their system and now they say we have to pick up at the start of rental with no mention of that in their invoice. Worst one we have come across. Very bad customer service too.

Carrental

I recently booked a rental car through Enjoytravel.com for Frankfurt airport (ENJ-16958418).

When we got there, we had to wait atleast 30 minutes just to talk with the employee. When it was finally our turn, we were told there we're no more cars available, even though we had reserved a while before. Wheego (the rental company) blamed enjoytravel and told us to call them but they were closed since it was Sunday so we ended up having to rent another car from another company which ended up costing 2x more.

This made us late by 2 hours to our destination and also put a lot of stress on us, it's something that should never happened.

I contacted wheego and enjoytravel.com, it had been 1 week so far and nothing has been solved so far.

THESE ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS , THEY GIVE A VOUCHER AND THE CAR RENTAL CHARGES EXTRA FOR THE DAY PLUS MILAGE AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE RENTAL THEY SAY GO TO ENJOY TRAVEL, SO I SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND IT GOES TO SPAM

CarHire

Absolute disgrace of a company. I paid over £270 in order to hire a car for two weeks. This included the excess charge. I paid with my debit card and the amount was deducted immediately from my account. I contacted the garage that I was going to pick the car up from (only 2 hours after my booking) and they informed me that I would need a credit card in order to release the car which I don’t have. I therefore cancelled the booking and contacted EnjoyTravel to inform them of the above. They said that I would only be refunded the £75 excess payment because I hadn’t purchased cancellation insurance. I hadn’t even moved from my chair at home. Why would I want cancellation insurance for a car I was getting 2 hours later. Enjoy Travel we’re happy to take my debit card cash so why wouldn’t that suffice ???
I have been trying to actually speak to a person at this company but getting g nowhere. Disgraceful customer service which borders on daylight robbery. So annoyed !!!

Car hire

Booked car 6 months advanced. After londing in Poznan airport, headed to the Global Rent Office where two customers where shouting with member of staff. After 20 minutes of arguing both unhappy customers left office. So finally I can get to the office to get my car. Member of staff after checking my booking informed me that my booked car was not returned by previous customer and they do not have car for me. I have asked if they have any other car been informed that they do not have any car and only option is to fully refund my payment. So I tried to contact Global rent and Enjoy Travel, because we where picking up car after 6pm UK time none numbers where working as those numbers operate in office hours Monday to Friday. So only the options was leave message on contact form on Enjoy travel website. So I Send them quick message. Received email back that my booking is active not canceled as been inform in Global office. Enjoy Travel ask me some additional questions so I have replied and did not hear from them. I asked 3 company’s if they have any car to rent with no luck. As leaving airport I have asked last car renting company and after 6 of them with out any car available I have manage to booked car so I asked Enjoy travel to cover that cost as no refund been received for original booking and no reply. Enjoy travel left me and my family without car which was booked 6 months advance, no even trying to help me or reply to my emails

Some Costs Are More
From my experience, Enjoy travel sold me a car hire from Drivalia rental at Birmingham Airport, that was unobtainable at the price quoted. Basically the bill at least doubled with extra insurance, or you'd be required to leave a huge deposit that no reputable firm would require. I would advise using well known companies that quote the prices up front and have respect for their customers. In the hire office I witnessed a procession of disgruntled customers receiving appalling service at Drivalia. Having witnessed their attitude to customers, some of whom were guests to this country, there was no way I would allow them access to my credit card details. I had already been sold excess insurance by Enjoy travel, which turned out to be worthless at a company they represented. So I walked away 240 quid out of pocket, future customers should do the same. The old adage, if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't, comes to mind.
