Car Rental

I have used Enjoy on several occasions and have always been happy with their service, together with the rental companies they use. On this occasion I wanted to make sure to write a review because I found myself in a situation where I had to modify my booking last minute due to my airline changing the times. I connected to the live chat because I find it easier and I must say that the service provided was amazing. Everything was done swiftly and the nervousness I felt after receiving the email from the airline disappeared. I was provided with a great alternative and received a new voucher almost instantly. Thank you, Enjoy Travel.
I find the Enjoy Travel website very easy to use, transparent with their policies and terms and conditions, which can be found with just a click of a button. Most rental companies hide the important stuff but Enjoy make sure all is there, which is why I return to them each time when I require to book many of my rentals.

Booked a Rental Car

I’m entirely disappointed by this travel company, and unlike its name, you won’t enjoy their services. I booked a car for rental from Marseilles airport because I had planned a holiday in the area. However, Immediately I paid up for the order, and my payment was deducted; the company emailed me with some petty reasons explaining that they wouldn’t provide the service. What’s worse, the company deducted the booking amount out of my knowledge. I plan to contact the company for returns on Monday as they do not work during the weekends. I wouldn’t recommend them for their ineffectiveness in providing what they purport to offer.

Don't hire. It's almost a scam! The prices are attractive but they are NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS! Imagine if someone travels on the weekend, right? I had changes to my flight, I asked for adjustments to my reservation and no response. Until they responded that I had missed the deadline and, consequently, the money.

I need help or advice : enjoytravel took my "debit"card to pay for the reservation, but Hertz at FtMyersAirport DID NOT take the same card-I did NOT get a car!! Enjoytr. refuses to pay back my already paid 442,50, reasoning that it is a debit-card -- but took this card as payment.This is beyond any logic !! to everybode : please do not employ enjoyTravel !!!

CarHire

I booked the car rental back in October for our weeks holiday on 3rd May in Sardinia.
I paid for the extra full insurance cover plus,a deposit for the car.
Initial responses to questions prior to the holiday was good and I was extremely confident that it would go without a hitch.
On arrival at Sardinia airport we went as instructed to Italy car in the airport to collect our intermediate automatic as booked to be told there was no car available.
Not only was no car available but they literally could not care less. No empathy, no apology or explanation as to why the car was not available. So there we were stranded at Sardinia Olbia Airport with no car or means to get to our accommodation.
We tried to call enjoytravel for help and advise as to what we could do now to receive an automated message saying 'sorry our offices are now closed we work Monday to Friday 9am yo 5pm'.
What use is that to anyone collecting a car on a weekend. No out of hours emergency number for situations and support for instances like ours.
Called Enjoytravel on the Monday explained what had happened had already sent an email on the Saturday they said they would be contacting Italycar for a response and would get back to me. No refund yet, called 3 times on holiday requesting a full refund as I had paid out to another car company for an equalivalent car, thank goodness they helped me after seeing my distress and that it was early season so not busy. I have told Enjoytravel that I doubt Italy car will bother responding after their appalling attitude at the airport.
I feel let down, disappointed that I am still waiting for a refund for a service I never received. I would not use Enjoytravel or Italy car again. This has been my first and will certainly be my last use of both companies. I hope my refund will be actioned soon but fear I will have to contact my email company for a refund another use of my time having spent hours writing emails and calling for a refund that should be almost instantaneous in these circumstances. The whole situation has been stressful, frustrating and is still ongoing.

Here is the corrected version of the text:

I booked a car in Tbilisi using the service. I chose the pick-up location to be Tbilisi Airport. When I arrived in the city, the rental company they work with took me to another location in the city center to pick up the car. It took me 45 minutes to drive one way and 45 minutes to drive back because I had to drive in the opposite direction, which increased fuel consumption.

I wrote a request to Customer Service, provided all necessary information and proof, but I still haven't received an answer.

Moreover, the rental company charged me 20 Euros for a cleaning service, which wasn't described in the agreement. After 3 months of back-and-forth emails, they finally refunded the fee.

EnjoyTravel doesn't listen to customers. You won't be able to get your money back if a rental company charges you something extra.

Absolutely avoid this company. 4 emails, 2 phone calls it took to even get a reply. Hired a car through this company and pick up at Enterprise but had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Called Enterprise car hire and they did not receive any money. Enjoy Travel kept the cancellation money. Not even an offer of a voucher to be used at a later date. Terrible service.

These guys are extremely unprofessional, don't pickup your calls. I made a refundable booking for a car rental for 11 days. Due to unfortunate circumstances I wanted to cancel the booking. These guys were unreachable on phone. I wrote several emails and no response. They charged me the entire amount for 11 days and denied refunds and asked me to simply go to my travel insurance to claim!! Horrible experience, don't use these brokers, even the car rental company I used (green motion) said these brokers are fraudsters

This company is a sham. I show up to the local provider in Tasmania and they have no record of my reservation at all. The local partner reference number they gave me does not even match the format of the local provider. Their phone number doesn’t work, they answer minimally by email, and took a deposit from me and gave me no receipt. They have not answered to refund me after they did no work in securing me a car. Their customer service has been even worse by promising to help but actually doing nothing. I don’t believe this company should be in operation.
