Customers can book holidays for 1 night to 21 nights, up to 5 adults and 4 children on their holiday. To search for a holiday by board basis (such as all-inclusive, full board, room only, etc), budget (price ranges available are maximums of £250 per person, £500 per person and up to £1,000 per person), property type (apartment, boutique, hotel or villa), air temperature of destination, holiday type (such as beach, couples, family, honeymoon, spa and relaxation) and can be further filtered by amenities and facilities of the accommodation offered. Payments are accepted by loveholidays from credit and debit cards. Loveholidays offers payment plans: customers can pay monthly; pay with a small deposit upon booking confirmation and pay off the remainder by 6 weeks before the holiday’s start; a standard deposit plan of 50 percent at booking and the remainder 14 days before the holiday’s start. Available to customers is a 24-hours-a-day customer support centre.

Booked our Holiday to Egypt
I have had an easy time booking a holiday for my wife and I on love holidays. What I love most is that their prices are extremely affordable yet their destinations are places you will definitely enjoy visiting. Their customer services are a breath of fresh air and are very responsive to any queries I had. The payment options were also perfect and were also very clear and not much explanation was needed. I just booked our trip to Egypt and I hope everything else goes well. If everything goes well, I'll definitely be using them in all my annual holidays. I would definitely love to recommend them to anyone looking for prime destinations.
We were sold "an upgrade" and paid for it too thinking the room will be much better. It's not been 24 hours since we paid our deposit and now being told the room only comes with 1 double bed for 4 of us. Kids have to use sofa bed..I paid 4k for my kids to sleep on the sofa? You cant call them after you've paid your deposit. Live chat says they are a third party agency so can only request 2 beds to be put in the room but no guarantee..wtf..we are already not looking forward to this ..absolutely shocking service..I would never recommend this company to anyone..stay away, save your hard earned money..why did they not mention the beds when selling the upgrade? Now they say they cant do anything? Absolute clowns running a circus..go elsewhere people the service is appaling
