John our bus driver could not have been more helpful and friendly, organised everything and made sure we all knew what was happening, when we should be where etc. Would not hesitate to book with Just Go Holidays again. One small improvement could be an email reminder to pay the balance perhaps 2 months out as we forgot - our own fault.
Booked for Holiday
This company has no customer service team especially when you’re about to cancel your trip. I have read very many negative reviews about the company's customer services especially a hotel called Grand Hotel where my girlfriend and I were to go for a holiday. I changed my mind and I have been trying to let this company know that I need to cancel my holiday but nothing seems to be working. From email, online forms, calls, emails, and even Facebook messages, nothing has been getting me replies for the last 1 week. I understand that if you cancel late you lose all your money which is probably why they are delaying my responses so that they can run with my money. Wouldn’t recommend it!
My advice to anyone looking to book with Just Go Holidays is - DON'T. My two day trip turned jnto a nightmare due to abuse from the coach driver. Initially they dealt with my very serious complaint in a proactive way but completely refused to refund any of what I'd paid. My trip was ruined yet all they offered was a £15.00 voucher off a future booking with them which is worthless because I would never use them again. Beware of a
this company who must be in such financial distress that they can't afford to offer £50 in compensation for an extremely bad customer experience.
Dreadful! we booked a trip to Isle of Wight on a hotel to be allocated basis, our expectations were moderate, the hotel would be 2/3 star no lift, no frills but clean, welcoming and comfortable. When enquiring about the hotel, several months after booking, we were told it had always been fixed and not as advertised 1 of the 3 detailed originally & that it would be The Holliers Hotel in Shanklin. We took a look at reviews for this hotel which were on the whole ABYSMAL, the hotel was dirty, facilities were unavailable, food was poor or non-existent... the list goes on. Just Go explained that the hotel was under new management & that they had had no complaints!? Further reading confirmed the complaints were about the new management, to cut a long story short, staff admitted that service was not good enough, advertising could be misleading and that hotels were booked at the last minute so company got the cheapest prices, we were offered an transfer but could find nothing any better, example a 3 days trip to the Cotswolds with the hotel in Coventry!? a trip to Blenheim Palace Garden Show where they could not even hint at how long you would be there as they did not know where the hotel was... i have sent multiple emails, rang many times, spoken to many people all to no avail... cancelling has been almost impossible as i could get no confirmation - i suspect they delay & delay until deadline for final payment has passed in order to charge full price for a trip no one in their right mind would take... I still await replies from Abby Customer Service, the Customer service manager (who Heidi has passed all details onto) the CEO who has received multiple emails... AVOID at all costs
