Booked a trip to Kenya, Africa
This is actually my third time traveling with Travelsphere and they have proven to be excellent in service delivery and customer care. As usual, I had booked my annual holiday destination as Kenya and all was well until the COVID pandemic hit us and all the flights were restricted. The customer service team emailed me notifying me that they’ll be refunding my amount within 7 days and what else could I ask for? On the eighth day, the same amount was reflected in my bank account. Thank you Travelspehere for your excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using this service soon in my upcoming trips and would love to recommend them.
AtripthroughtheNorthSouthIslandofNewZealand
My boyfriend and I had an awesome tour between the North & South Islands which included the in-between of the Cook Island and some of the country’s desert land. The best parts were seeing Milford Sounds for its majestic scenery and also visiting the Treaty House of Waitangi. Although meals were included in the tour package deal, we ended up buying extra because the portions were too small. Other than that, we had the time of our lives.
CruiseTour
We booked a cruise along the Croatian border and we saw the national parks and part of the Adriatic Pearl in the same package. Booking was easy and meals were included, plus we got to spend more time on the cruise ship than the hotel so we got a great deal. However, our flight to Leeds was delayed and we almost missed our transfer onto the charter.
