Products and services of Roomdi
To search for a hotel and its availability, you just choose a destination on Roomdi’s platform, the dates that you wish to stay for, number of rooms and guests (including children), and ages. A list will then appear with all the available hotels and their rates. You can then sort hotels by price, rating, services and other categories. When you are satisfied with the destination, you select the hotel and it will show you your booking summary with the total cost and information on the hotel, you just enter your details and confirm your booking. At the end of the booking process, you will also be shown the different payment methods. You can pay by credit card, debit card, online transfer, bank transfer, PayPal, etc. When that is done, you will be shown your booking reference and a confirmation will be sent by email. You can always check your booking status on their webpage in the My Bookings section. Roomdi recommends checking your email 24/48 hours after booking to ensure that you have received the confirmation email along with the voucher. With Roomdi, cancellations or modifications of your booking will come without any extra fees. Clients can also feel safe making reservations through this website since the platform’s security is certified by Comodo Internet Security (CIS), a freemium Internet security suite that provides Active Breach Protection including antivirus program, personal firewall, sandbox, host-based intrusion prevention system and Website Filtering.

Hotel stay
This is not a legit they change your booking date and then don’t modify or refund you. When I booked it the dates were changed and I was out of town. They would not modify it saying I booked the date which I did not. I use Google for hotel stays all the time and have never had this issue. It compares prices so you can choose which company to go with. The only communication you have is with a bot assistant and when you send a message through it you then get a response from different companies each time. I used a Visa card instead of my debit card which then I would have gotten my money back because it was fraudulent. The company that takes your money isn’t even under their name. I have researched this company and everytime I even try to send a review it won’t send! So now use this company!
Hotel rental
Their website glitched out and booked my reservation twice. After MONTHS of trying to request a refund through customer service, they still circumvented the issue (their website) and continually noted the hotel would not provide a refund - which was never the problem. Don’t use this site - you’ll be wasting your time.
Booked a room
The worst 3rd party I hvae ever utilized. Don't make the same mistake as I did.
