I had booked a room for my yearly holiday with Roomdi but then something came up and wanted to cancel the booking. When I emailed them about the issue, I ended up changing my mind about cancellation it was completely daylight robbery. The room had cost me £200.00 room to book but the hotel wanted a cancellation fee of £180.00. This was despite me notifying them a day after I had made the booking. I decided to go ahead with the holiday anyways. Everything was awesome from the hotel, its location, and the breakfast! The staff was also great. I would recommend them if at all you won’t change your mind and think about canceling you booking. Otherwise, everything’s great.
You would recommend the hotel NOT Roomdi

Don’t use this site - you’ll be wasting your time.

Go with a reputable company-NOT Roomdi
No customer service. Only contact is through a ticket. Asked about parking at the hotel. I got responses that my reservation was confirmed. After the back and forth about that, they said I had to contact the hotel. The hotel said I had to contact Roomdi since they made the reservation. Go with a reputable company, even if the room is a bit more. The customer service and assistance is worth it. DO NOT go through Roomdi.
Booked a one night hotel stay and within 24 hours found out partner has covid so wanted to cancel and request a refund. They said no Refunds allowed even during peak of covid.
I then asked for a credit note instead they said no.
I then asked for a date change as their T&C says I can modify dates but they still declined. All they do is reply with a new reason to not refund me.
The hotel informed us that they will not charge for cancellation but that roomdi.com will pocket the money we paid.
I have now sent proof of t&c to my bank in hopes they will claim my money back for me. Really stressful and unhelpful and I won't use them again. Trying to sort this whilst also worried about partners illness.
This is a SCAM website. Do NOT risk losing your money here. I recommend a more reputable booking website. There is a reason there is no customer service support!
