This company is a SCAM unless you want to be out of financial pocket or stressed out I recommend you DON'T use this website...very bad experience for the past 3 months.
They say the item is sent when that's a lie & only offer a voucher for a refund which too is a lie. There is no correct contact details.

I ordered clothing at the start of 2022 , I still haven’t received it & I can’t seem to get a refund,the customer service doesn’t exist, it appears this company is a SCAM.
I don’t recommend you use Ultramodan .This has been a nightmare experience.

Poir qualify and you will never get a refund. Paid for 15days express delivery, and came in 2 months.
Scam, scam, scam.
Gown
SCAM Alert! Do NOT trust this fake company. Ordered a gown for $344 in January 2022 at which time my credit card was charged. Item not delivered. Contacted them in February and was told the order will be expedited. Canceled the order in March and was told I would receive a gift voucher. I demanded a full refund to my credit card only to be told that the payment system is being phased out. Now disputing charge with the bank. Do not order anything from this bogus site.

ordered gown 09/10/21 never received. no refund. item is still showing on site they could just send another or total refund.

Absolute scam! It’s been 2 months since my order was placed and still nothing. I’ve been receiving the same email from them that the team is processing my order. Don’t waste your money and buy from them
I purchased an item from this comoany for a christmas prezzi,after waiting a couple of months i requested on many occasions , a refund,was consistently fobbed off!!! Still have no refund todat 11.03.22!!!!! Con merchants!!!!!
Faux Coat
Absolutely shocking company. I order a coat and paid extra for fast delivery. When checking track order it just remains the same. When contacting them you get a generic reply stating they are having challenges at the moment and thank you for your patience. I then cancelled my order and again you get a confirmation to say you have cancelled and have been refunded, even though no money has been refunded. I am going to contact my bank and trading standards.
Pjs
I ordered a pyjama set early August 2021, after approximately 40 emails and lots of generic responses from the company informing me the order has been despatched, high volume of orders and changing the way they conduct the orders, I have still not received my order.
In January 2022 I was advised to change my original order, I was provided with a link of products which were in stock at the time.
Once again was promised my order would be a priority, suffice to say I’m still waiting for that too, it’s now March, total of 8 months since my first order.
