Order the car around Christmas time two weeks before Christmas paid £20 extra so comes in 14 days and today is now the 7th of of April and still not had my money back for the coat do not use this website buying it ever since after New Year's to get my money back and still not got it back disgusting because mine is still get her coat cost me more money to go and buy another coat for her but still not had my money back from today still not had it back
Purchased a jacket
This is a FAKE website - you will not receive your order or a refund. The company will string you along with a variety of FAKE emails to make you think they will send a refund. DO NOT buy anything, report them. It is criminal that they state on the website they are empowering women when all reviews state the opposite. If you look around the website, it appears convincing with a feature on Kate Middleton's look – I am unsure Kate’s PR team would agree to this branding with a FAKE company? Ultamodan advocate celebrity wardrobes at the 2022 academy awards again poor pairing when Ultamodan rip off their customers – no one would receive a dress for their special event. Another feature on the Ultamodan website is celebrating International Happiness Day - again has this partnership been approved? I would be happy if I had received my purchase! Ironic as international happiness day promotes spreading positive messages and this is not replicated in my post or if you give your money to Ultamodan. Take a look! research Ultamodan reviews and you will pick up on a common theme. Shame on you Ultamodan when on the one hand you promote UNISEF on your website as your chosen charity and then on the other hand you openly steal money from the public. I have been persistent with emails since May 2020 which have become an amusement rather than any hope to get my refund. I will be in touch soon to ask for authentication of your latest sustainable collection. Speak soon and as Ultamodan always sign off…with love.
Coat
Do not buy from here! Order 5th of Jan and still fighting for a refund for a product i never recieved after the order was cancelled !!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a blouse back in February, its been 7 weeks and still not received my blouse.
An absolute scam , keep away daylight robbery.
Cost
Ordered a coat on 12/12/21 and still waiting on delivery. Sent various mails and get a generic reply. Rang the number and shock no reply. Total charlatans.
Dress
Absolute scam. I will put a winding up order on them next week and pay them a visit personally to try and recover my £379.99
And I’ve located there whereabouts.
Jumper
Jumper was ordered Christmas day 2021. It's now 23rd March 2022 and still no jumper, which has been cancelled, but still no refund. The company address isn't even a proper company It's just a business service that opens mail etc. This company is a scam and i do not understand how its still allowed to operate. I shall be referring this to trading standards and the police as this is fraud!
Sleeveless faux leather vest
I ordered the item 23.01.2022, the order didn't arrive.
I asked them for the refund, still haven't received it.
This company is a scam!!! Asked my bank to open investigation.
Jeans
I ordered from here December 26th 2021, a pair of jeans that cost me £27. I thought I’d treat myself to something more expensive than usual. Paid for 2 weeks shipping and that was it. My order didn’t come, so I waited it out until February 2022, when I got fed up and emailed the company asking where my order is. They replied saying it will be shipped out soon, the same generic response, so I waited yet again. End of February comes, I haven’t received my order so I filed for a refund. This company claimed it would take 10-14 days for the money to re enter my bank. I waited, AND DIDN’T GET MY MONEY BACK!! Lesson learned on my behalf, research the company you use first. However, I will be taking legal action against this company and I will be getting my money back some how. Absolutely disgusted.
