There are so many different types of bicycles available, from road bicycles, mountain bikes and commuter bicycles, to electric-powered bicycles, there is a two-wheeled bicycle to suit every type of rider, budget, and style. Which type of bicycle would you like to buy? Perhaps you’d like to add another one to your collection for a different cycling discipline? Looking for a bike brand made in the United Kingdom? One such company is Ribble Cycles. Is it a reputable company and are their products high-quality? Only customers of this company will be able to tell you that. That is why honest customer reviews are so important in today’s world.

Excellent product, gorgeous design and informative sales support.
I had read reviews of the model, did a test ride at the showroom in Clitheroe and ordered the bike within half an hour. Sales guy was very helpful, listened well to my questions. great experience. The bike took 6 months to arrive due to C19/Brexit/Russia's invasion of Ukraine...now should be able to ride it once I have recovered from surgery, within the next 4 weeks.

ordered an Endurance SL Shimano 105

I ordered an Endurance SL Shimano 105 and it was delivered quite fast than I actually expected considering flight restrictions haven’t been fully lifted. I’m actually very happy with the bike as it still looks great and its endurance to different environments is great. It has definitely helped me improve in my practice and effort to achieve the next level. The customer support team is definitely great considering we had a few interactions with them when I had some issues with the bike at first. I would love to recommend the Ribble Cycles company to any serious biker out there who wants to push biking to the next level.

Ribble Ultra SL

When you spend £5k on your next racing bike you expect a little bit of customer service to match. Wrong. Bought a bike (upon their in-store sizing recommendations) and waited a few months for it to arrive, however, the headset was too big.
Ask to have it replaced - no...
Ask to buy the correct size - no...
Ask for advice on a third-party option - don't really care...
Buy a third-party option they are 99% sure should fit and take to local mechanics to fit - doesn't fit.
Ask for advice on next steps and options - don't care.
If you're after your next bike from an online proudly-British retailer, read this review, have a think, and then make your own decision!

RibbleGravelAlESport

I bought a Gravel AL e - Sport last November and it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. Really. Problems with brakes, tyre then the electrics stopped working. Customer service has been absolutely awful and 3 months on I still haven't got a working bike. (Fortunately I've just had it stolen!)
