Ultamodan have stolen my money - obviously not a proper company
I strongly advise readers NOT to buy anything from Ultamodan, as I suspect that it is a scam website and not a proper company. I ordered a jacket which had not arrived after four months of waiting. When I tried to get my money back I got an email saying that they would refund me, but they never did. Emailing again had no effect, as there was simply the same response. They have basically stolen my money.

Absolutely despicable service, been fighing for refund since novemeber 2021, its now april 2022! Clearly this company is a scam company please be careful as they dont give your refund ive been mailing them months and getting nothing. I never received my parcel and this was proved by royal mail (package was lost) ultamodan dont repay the money dont understand how they are allowed to carry on it is theft and a total scam company never again will i ever fall for it just vile words cant even describe the terrible customer service . Shocking that they arent prosecuted for the treatement to so mant of us

Run Warning they are scammers do not order from them at all! I placed my order on 1/15/2022 today is 4/21/2022 and my order has yet to be dispatched to your facility for shipping. Why is your US Ultamodan website all of a sudden not working???
Basically, I still have yet to receive any items within my order! How long does it take to process my order while you are holding my funds hostage!?
Officially 3 months and 6 days since I've placed my original order. And yet there are still no logistics shipment updates from your warehouse? Here we are on today, and still, your company has failed to update me. Why has nothing been dispatched, in over 60 days WTH?!!! Ultramodan US has had ample time receive and provide updated information! I have no faith in your company, as you have exceeded my patience.

after leaving for 2 months from working for them I still didn't receive my payment from January and they closed the websites and changed their company address according to Gov.Uk/ (company house) and I've been trying to contact them they are very slow on responding and don't wanna give a firm date on when can you take the money your worked for + I tried contacting the owner of the company she blocked me on all platforms !!!!

PLEASE, I BEG YOU! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have not received a dress i ordered several months ago with express delivery! It never turned up! Nor has the refund, I have lost count of how many times I have emailed to chase up my own money! They cant tell me when I will receive my money back and like they tell all customers with the same reviews below, it is being processed! It is never processed and i can promise you these fraudsters have no intention of paying any of these poor people back! This is awful and i dont no how these people sleep at night, taking innocent peoples money!! I have always ordered clothes online all my adult life and never have i had an issues getting a refund back from other shops. Honest, decent shops online pay refunds straight back with no hesitation or lies. But Ultramodern has no intentions of doing so and they think they can continue to get away with it! This is my money that I have worked hard to get and they wont do the honest and decent thing by giving anyone their money back. I will be seeking legal advice and wont stop until i get what is mine. Please dont take the time to reply stating that you this kind of behaviour is against your business moral and policy, as this is rubbish and clearly not true considering the amount of negative reviews you are getting! A good, decent and honest company would not have build up such a terrible reputation if they paid their customers there money back and actually delivered the clothing items. I am determined to report this company and seek legal action against them asap. I feel so strongly about their mistreating of customers and i will be sure to spread the word of my experience and many others and hopefully shut this business down.

Women's suit
I paid on 29 December 2021. After contacting them, they said the shipment was delayed. On 4 April 2022, I requested a refund. Since then it has been excuse after excuse.

i placed my order on the 27th of december 2021, i have still not received it or got my refund back after i cancelled the order in february 3months ago and still waiting for my refund!!!
