flight in search of the northern lights
In January 2020 I paid for a flight in search of the northern lights that were to happen later in late April 2020. However, Covid 19 struck, and almost all flights were canceled and restricted due to the pandemic. One year down the line, the company hasn’t offered me a refund despite the numerous phone calls. It is not acceptable. All the company has been offering is a promise of a refund in two weeks that goes unkept every time. I’m planning to take legal action against the company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone lest someones want to risk losing their money!
Hi I just come back from a london break from Wednesday 29 to Thursday 30 December I was on coach number 1 I have been on your trips a few times before and I enjoy the weekend but I thought the driver was rude a few times I said thankyou and no respond and when we asked about the show he said if you not there we go with out you I did say was different when we waited 30 minutes for people and they never turned up me and my friend is disabled and and I didn’t expect him to help me but the offer wasn’t there the customers on the bus was more helpful I even tryed to say goodbye when we got off no response again I must admit I did say well we might be from Telford but we have got manners I wished we had the first driver who picked us up from telford if all your drivers like that you won’t get any customer we didn’t pay cheap for our weekend and was thinking to see another show in about June but I’m not sure now thankyou heather
