Very poor networking and customer services. I have been experiencing challenges with this networking company. In one instance, the Wi-Fi went out for a week and we ended up staying for a week without a phone and what’s worse, we could not reach out to the support team or the company’s technician to work on our issues. After we finally managed to reach out to them, then the WiFi started disconnecting from all devices now and then. I have been trying to reach out to customer support but the team is so busy to help out. The company is a complete waste of time. I’m changing to a new company!!

Broadband is usually faster than traditional dial-up access. It is internet access that features several high-speed transmission technologies - Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), Cable Modem, Fiber, Wireless, Satellite and Broadband over Powerlines (BPL). For people living in Hill, Yorkshire, England, KCOM is one such firm that claims to be amongst the leading broadband internet service provider.
