Just awful company been given two dates and also had an engineer out who said all was good for them to install gigaclear to our property , since we've had an email to say it's not even to our property absolutely zero communication between anybody at this company and every review sites give them 1* and I can see why.

Avoid Gigaclear at all cost you will regret using their crap service.
A joke.
Look online to see what people say. Even ex staff say how bad they are and that staff are told to lie to customers.
Shockingly bad.
Broadband
I wouldnt even give this company 1 star if it let me choose 0. I've never experienced service like it in my life. Ive lost count of the days my wife has waited in for their engineers to turn up and 90% of the time its a no show with no phone call. You call the office and nobody anwers, you email them and 1 in 3 get a reply. Its absolutely disgraceful this has been going on for 3 months now and I still dont have a live connection!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A JOKE AND WILL NOT LAST LONG!
