Mobile phone contract with cashback
Cruel and heartless company.
I missed sending in a couple of invoices because I was admitted to hospital and kept in for 3 weeks and then followed by 2 months of radiation and Chemo. I sent proof of this to them but they are heartless and couldn't care less and they don't even want to pay even the invoices I did manage to submit on time. What a cruel heartless company.
IPhone
I purchased a new phone at a decent price, the phone was not set up to transfer my old number, after contacting a very poor sales office and waiting each time up to a hour on hold, to be told I could not transfer my existing number, so I had to return the phone and pay for postage myself, to be told the phone had been returned damaged, I have sent them pictures of the he phone all sides front and back, still waiting for a reply.
Keep clear definitely worth using another supplier, the worst customer service experience ever.
OnePlus 8 pro
They sell phones on cash back policy. which you have to claim in certain months during the contract and if you miss the month, you cashback is gone. There is no notification that your claim is due. Its just a way of marketing to sell phones and the customer care really rude and no helpful at all
