Booked a Rental Car
I’m entirely disappointed by this travel company, and unlike its name, you won’t enjoy their services. I booked a car for rental from Marseilles airport because I had planned a holiday in the area. However, Immediately I paid up for the order, and my payment was deducted; the company emailed me with some petty reasons explaining that they wouldn’t provide the service. What’s worse, the company deducted the booking amount out of my knowledge. I plan to contact the company for returns on Monday as they do not work during the weekends. I wouldn’t recommend them for their ineffectiveness in providing what they purport to offer.
We have had nothing but big headaches with this company. First, they charged us an exorbitant amount of money to change the car rental pickup time to a later time on the same day. When we decided to cancel the car rental, it took several phone calls (long distance – they have no toll-free number) and emails over a period of two weeks to finally get our refund. They were quick to charge more, but reluctant to provide our refund which we were entitled to according to their policy.
Car rental disaster
Same as the other reviews, i tried renting a car through this website. They did not pay the car rental company, and they gave us wrong information about the opening hours of the company, therefore we were not able to inform them about our flight delay.
Due to this delay, our reservation was considered a no-show and was canceled without any notice.
Car Rental UK
First time booking a car with Enjoy Travel and everything seemed fine. Before picking up the car, I realised in the “fine print” you must pay the security deposit using a credit card ONLY in the name of the Main Driver. I don't have a credit card in my name, we always put it on my partner’s credit card when we rent a car. I was told over the phone I have to pay £120 for extra insurance because I don’t have a credit card in my name, otherwise I can’t rent the car. Very annoyed we would have to pay an extra £120, I brought everything they required (Passport, Driver's license, and 2 proofs of address) to the rental office. In the end I was told I couldn't rent the car because I hadn't lived in my current address for at least 3 months so did not pass the credit check. It was a Saturday, all the other offices were closed. It was then too late to cancel our paid accommodation bookings for the weekend. The entire weekend was ruined! We are still fighting to get our refund from these crooks, which they say isn’t owed because we needed to cancel 48 hours in advance. Truly appalling, and what a horrendous track record. Wish I had read other’s reviews.

Booked car 6 months advanced. After londing in Poznan airport, headed to the Global Rent Office where two customers where shouting with member of staff. After 20 minutes of arguing both unhappy customers left office. So finally I can get to the office to get my car. Member of staff after checking my booking informed me that my booked car was not returned by previous customer and they do not have car for me. I have asked if they have any other car been informed that they do not have any car and only option is to fully refund my payment. So I tried to contact Global rent and Enjoy Travel, because we where picking up car after 6pm UK time none numbers where working as those numbers operate in office hours Monday to Friday. So only the options was leave message on contact form on Enjoy travel website. So I Send them quick message. Received email back that my booking is active not canceled as been inform in Global office. Enjoy Travel ask me some additional questions so I have replied and did not hear from them. I asked 3 company’s if they have any car to rent with no luck. As leaving airport I have asked last car renting company and after 6 of them with out any car available I have manage to booked car so I asked Enjoy travel to cover that cost as no refund been received for original booking and no reply. Enjoy travel left me and my family without car which was booked 6 months advance, no even trying to help me or reply to my emails
Car rental enquiry
Terrible and sneaky
In April, I enquired online about a car rental in Munich for next July. The car would have been from Enterprise
Enjoy said that they could not send the voucher due to 'technical problems'. When I did get it, I noticed that instead of unlimited mileage, they only allowed 100km/day. I queried this immediately and told them that if they could not match other identical offers with unlimited, or, at least 3x, the mileage, I did not want to proceed with the booking
They then cancelled my 'booking'. The next day, the debited my account €41 and refuse to give it back
Then then sent an email that states ‘booking not yet confirmed. Please wait for your voucher’. I never received a voucher
I contacted Enterprise who told me that they never received a booking on my behalf for Enjoy and received no money
In addition, this all happened within 72 hours which should fall within the 'cooling-off' period for online purchases
Their attitude has been 'Tough!'
Please do not support businesses that operate in this manner. If one reads many of the reviews on various sites, this company is not consumer-friendly, to say the least
This company Website is rubbish never hire car from them ...they are robbers and the cars are useless the price for their cars is not worth it please no one hire their cars ...the staff are rude and their terms and conditions are a whole heap of lies ....never ever again
Never again. Their invoice doesn't clearly state whats their pick up timing. They state start and end of rental and pick up location and its time. Even when we reached pickup location at the time of operation, our booking wasn't there in their system and now they say we have to pick up at the start of rental with no mention of that in their invoice. Worst one we have come across. Very bad customer service too.
Car rental in Greece
I used this company on two occasions. On both I had to pay before renting a car. On the first, they wouldn’t let me rent a car when I got to the counter as I did not have an international driver’s license, yet no where did they mention I needed one when I paid. Hertz and Avis let me rent cars without an international driver’s license. On the second occasion, my flight was delayed and so I wasn’t able to rent the car I paid for. They did not want to refund me for either instance.
