I ordered flowers from Serenatta who offer next day delivery.
My delivery did not arrive and I had no explanation as to why until I contacted customer services. A support team member called Hayley informed me they my order had been damaged and they would send it again in a couple of days. A couple of days later my order did again not arrive. This time a different customer support team member named Neale spoke to me apologising and offering another resend. Reluctantly so but still wanting the order I agreed. My third re-send from this company did not arrive.
I have now requested an immediate refund. If this companies service is as good as it’s flower service I shall shortly be contacting the tradings standards authority due to what I can imagine will be non-repayment!!

It supposed to be surprise from friend on my wedding on March 11th 2023. She ordered flowers and vase to be delivered at 1pm to our hotel reception, but it didn't arrive at time. In fact its difficult to find out what time exactly they delivered it because the box with flowers and vase was found thrown outside the hotel by one of the guests who was staying there too. That guest took it from the street and brought to the reception. Flowers were a bit smashed, vase was broken. This service is completely disrespectful its like spit on a face. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemy.
Please do not ever use this company! The order form, delivery information is extremely misleading! I placed an order for a specific funeral, a specific time of day, and the order was not delivered until hours upon hours after. The family will never know I've sent something all the way front the US to Scotland! My original delivery date was also changed without my consent. I had to go back into my account to change it back.
After contacting customer service they basically told me too bad.
