Bought a Forest Melbury Garden office
I have referred several friends of mine to try out this company, and therefore, I would also love to recommend the one reading this review to try out buyshedsdirect. I had several questions that I wanted to be sorted before deciding whether to buy from the company. I contacted the customer support team about the issues, and they answered my call very first and communicated about a wide range of matters, including delivery. With everything out of the way, I ordered a garden office, and the product was delivered within 12 days of ordering. The product looks fantastic and the same way as the pictures. I would highly recommend this company

The quality of this shed is just HORRIFIC - extremely badly made. My £40 garden fence pannel is a lot more solid. Absolutely no care with the way this shed was made. Basically, what they are selling is four very thin, shabby fence pannels , two doors, cheap osb and selling these for a small fortune. Almost all the pieces are extremely badly measured and cut to very poor standard. I had to sand down EVERY single pice. At nearly £850 full price this is an absolute con and honestly these people shouldn't be in business. Be warned and don't buy from this company!!!!! Look after your hard earned money and avoid disappointment!

REALLY bad quality and built, flimsy and generally bad all round, installation I paid a lot for was shocking, they left huge gaps all over and walls are flapping roof is loose and all out of square, totally disappointed, Definitely DONT recommend these

Shocked at the quality for the amount i paid. Leaks everywhere, wont ever dry out and will cost a fortune to fix. 3 broken glass panels, although no suprise as extremely flimsy. Front edging damaged. Large chip in floor base.
Spoke to company and because i painted a panel inside which is how i then realised it was leaking they wont rectify it, also wont replace broken windows as i painted inside but i didnt open the window panels until last as its a job you do after painting.
Stay away from this company, im now seeking legal action.
Company still refusing to do anything even tho its under a 10 year warranty. £630 out of pocket. I was blackmailed into closing my case for £175 good will gesture. Had no response in 2 week. I would suggest never using this company. Arrives damaged, leaks thats are unrepairable. Wood chip floor but states tongue and groove. Had a contractor look at it and they were shocked at the quality and the wood used. Trading standards are currently investigating and iv applied to a small claims court as the customer service is shocking and they will blackmail you

Non delivery. I had to chase company and the company were still unable to advise when shed would be delivered.
BuyShedsDirect should have internal order processing system to monitor no delivery. Appalling customer service and incorrect reply on another review platform. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
