Blue Fluffy Jumper
Easy to buy the blue fluffy jumper. I hadva confirmation email. After that nothing. That was 10th December 2021. I emailed several times. Rubbish automated excuses. I got suspicious and phined their custoner service number 3 times- all advisers busy. Utter lies..I want to prosecute Ultamodan but not sure how but I paid £37 approx with a bank statement to prove it and no jumper 4 months later. Do not buy from these Morons. Now their website is being updated so I cannot email them. I think we all need to prosecute them and get our money back but how??
I purchased an item from this comoany for a christmas prezzi,after waiting a couple of months i requested on many occasions , a refund,was consistently fobbed off!!! Still have no refund todat 11.03.22!!!!! Con merchants!!!!!
Pajamas
If no stars was an option I would choose that. I placed an order for pajamas in November (Re: Order #US21958 confirmed) and still nothing other than messages that do not agree to cancel my order but just say “I've forwarded your order for urgent processing, we will notify you as soon as the order is dispatched.” That is a bald-faced lie. This outfit is unethical and fraudulent.

Con artists - neither goods or refund received - I have a detailed train of emails explaining issues with processing department etc. etc. at one stage I received a text message informing me that the refund had been processed - unfortunately it did not reach my bank account - suspect the whole purpose was to ensure that I did not raise a dispute with my bank which has to be done within a 120 day period after placing the order for anyone else who falls into their trap - ask for a charge bank claim to be activated- empowering women - they're having a laugh
Long gilet
Awful company..ordered a product which didnt arrive in time stated.Chased up order on numerous occasions.In the end I cancelled the order and received an email to confirm I would receive a refund.This was easily over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund.
The company is now not returning my emails.

Cost
Ordered a coat on 12/12/21 and still waiting on delivery. Sent various mails and get a generic reply. Rang the number and shock no reply. Total charlatans.
Tried to buy sparkly t shirt
Unfortunately a month after ordering goods they did not arrive, despite Ultamodan sending email with a response they would ‘expedite’ my order. Still no order arrived so have asked for refund. Interestingly there are issues with system for refunding so need bank details. Don’t think so!! AVOID. Site needs taking down, definitely NOT in London!

Why can’t we have 0 stars? This has become comical trying to get an answer other than “they are trying” and “I’m first priority”. I’m going to go out on a limb and say automated responses regardless of the issue and they just take your money. I’d bet 1 in 1k if any orders are received after looking further into the company. 40 days past delivery time and it still hasn’t shipped. Good thing they don’t sell toys for kids. If you want, send me your money and I will answer anything you say for the next 4 months with “your order is top priority”.
Do not buy anything connecting with ultamodan.
If you do you are in for big trouble.
They're use your money for depts theyoccur from over ordering,then refuse in the nicest possible way to give you a refund.

The order was placed and never fulfilled over a month later, so I asked for a refund. They said no, so I demanded one. Almost 3 months later I have not received a refund and when I inquired again, they said they couldn't give one and that I had to go through my bank to get it. The quality of clothing is not worth the headache.
