IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS BECAUSE THEY DESERVE NOTHING. I ordered a black ruffle dress for my birthday, 8 November 2021. Fast forward to February 2022 I have not gotten my dress. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. T
Fur longline coat
ABSOLUTE RIP OFF COMPANY!!! Purchased coat 11/11/2021 still waiting 20/02/2022 for it even to be sent out!! Was offered an refund -after being told to be more patient with delivery times( I had waited 12 weeks at this point already) Will not answer my emails now!!! 4 months and coat status is still sitting on waiting for dispatch ? absolutely shocking service -AVOID THIS COMPANY
Button Up Plus Size Faux Leather Shacket
We placed this order on 2nd Dec 2021 as a Christmas present. It never arrived. Christmas came and went. Chased numerous times. Very nice emails promising us the goods had been dispatched when they clearly hadn't - incidentally the emails were all duplicates - standard responses clearly not even read. End of January we requested a refund after we were bored of hearing how delighted they were to tell us our goods had been despatched again but to no avail. They promised us a full refund on - amazing as we had already been told the goods had been despatched several times!!! They promised a refund on 14th Feb 2022 - the money still isn't in our account. I really cannot say anything good about this company - avoid them - goods don't arrive and refund? we are still waiting

I ordered a pyjama set early August 2021, after approximately 40 emails and lots of generic responses from the company informing me the order has been despatched, high volume of orders and changing the way they conduct the orders, I have still not received my order.
In January 2022 I was advised to change my original order, I was provided with a link of products which were in stock at the time.
Once again was promised my order would be a priority, suffice to say I’m still waiting for that too, it’s now March, total of 8 months since my first order.
Faux Coat
Absolutely shocking company. I order a coat and paid extra for fast delivery. When checking track order it just remains the same. When contacting them you get a generic reply stating they are having challenges at the moment and thank you for your patience. I then cancelled my order and again you get a confirmation to say you have cancelled and have been refunded, even though no money has been refunded. I am going to contact my bank and trading standards.
I purchased an item from this comoany for a christmas prezzi,after waiting a couple of months i requested on many occasions , a refund,was consistently fobbed off!!! Still have no refund todat 11.03.22!!!!! Con merchants!!!!!

Absolute scam! It’s been 2 months since my order was placed and still nothing. I’ve been receiving the same email from them that the team is processing my order. Don’t waste your money and buy from them
nightgown and robe
ordered gown 09/10/21 never received. no refund. item is still showing on site they could just send another or total refund.
Gown
SCAM Alert! Do NOT trust this fake company. Ordered a gown for $344 in January 2022 at which time my credit card was charged. Item not delivered. Contacted them in February and was told the order will be expedited. Canceled the order in March and was told I would receive a gift voucher. I demanded a full refund to my credit card only to be told that the payment system is being phased out. Now disputing charge with the bank. Do not order anything from this bogus site.
