Bought Some Skechers
I recently bought some Skechers shoes and honestly I was very happy with the order. The shoes were packaged extraordinarily and from far you’d tell they were worth every coin I spent. The packaging box protected the shoes and kept them in perfect condition, unlike some stores I have ordered from before that deliver items that have been tampered with during shipping. I also loved how the company shipped the product fast and then kept me informed about the processing of the order. The delivery team was fast and brought it exactly to the right address. I would definitely love to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality services and timely delivery.

Buyers beware – selling used products masked as new.
This is my first online review. I usually just shrug off bad experiences, or good businesses make up for them by rectifying their mistakes rendering a bad review pointless, but Little Green Bag have managed to piss me off to a degree that here I am.
I bought a new 310 EUR fabric steamer for my wifes birthday this June (2025) from Little Green Bag. Everything went according to plan, the product arrived here in Copenhagen on time, but since it was a present I didn’t open it right away, but instead wrapped it as a gift. If I had opened it, I would have spared myself the embarrassment of my wife opening her present asking why I hadn’t cleaned the second hand steamer I bought before I wrapped it. It was absolutely riddled with water stains, calcium deposits and scuff marks. Long story short; It was clearly used. I really don’t mind second hand products, but I prefer not to find out they are second hand after I paid a premium for a new one.
I wrote Little Green Bag telling them - including pictures taken that awkward birthday morning - and after a couple of days they wrote me back saying that they were sorry I had a bad experience, and if I wanted I could either go through the arduous ordeal of returning a package bought online, and wait 15 days for the money to be reimbursed into my account, or I could get a 25 EUR store credit. The last option I declined, as I was not planning on becoming a returning customer in a business that sells used products as new ones – furthermore I regard 25 EUR towards a 310 EUR fraudulent product as an insult to my intelligence. The first one I declined simply because I don’t want to go through the hassle of printing out return labels, going to the shipping company ect. ect. and have nothing to show for it.
So… I suggested that Little Green Bag just gave me a partial refund, and that would be that. But that apparently wasn’t possible; The two options remained. I really couldn’t figure out why? The product was subpar, and I was willing to take it at a discount – it’s a win win. But then it hit me; Little Green Bag would rather have it back, because then they could try to sell it at full price to another unsuspecting idiot like myself again next week. I guess it’s better to try to fraud people and make a profit, than to do the right thing and take a loss.
So I’m giving up and since I’m a lazybones I’m keeping the damned thing. And of course, writing my first bad review as moral compensation – it feels quite cathartic I must say.

Large American Tourister logguage ordered with significant value about 3 weeks ago now. Followed up multiple times through customer service... you will be lucky if it arrives by the winter I presume. No resolution offered just a refund which does not make sense after waiting 3 weeks and pushing for an update. FYI for Green Little Bag If the company needs short term loan then better off to go to a financial institution then to your customers :-) still no overall outcome and holiday just passed. As a customer looking to order from here please make a smart move and order from an approved retailer so at least you don't need to pack your stuff in a plastic bag. Also your missus wouldn't be disappointed either.
