Insured my car

It may be easy to join and renew but it gives a false sense of security. Try making a claim, every obstacle possible is put in the way. Again, their customer support email is hardly responsive. I made a car hire excess claim early last month and the team asked me to supply additional documentation which I did. But after that, they went missing. It is now over one month into my claims with no hope of seeing the end of the tunnel. I'm not optimistic about the outcome or even the hopes of my claims being processed. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
