Autodoc.co.uk accepts card payments and PayPal. Shipping charges apply to orders below £140. Items are dispatched within 4 to 5 days of receipt of order.
Items may be returned by an individual up to 14 times, after which charges begin to apply.

Ordered a pair of tyres for my SUV
I’m impressed by how this company works out and treats me as its customer. This time around, I’m specifically impressed by the delivery team. The delivery team brought by ordered pair of tyres well packed, unlike a certain company that I had previously ordered from only for them to bring my tires looking worn out before I even install them. The delivery team was perfect! What’s more, the products are quality and give real value for the money spent. However, if the delivery team could improve on how first they deliver, it would be a great favour to the customers. I highly recommend their products.
Exhaust silencer
Ordered a rear silencer for my Honda CRV using their registration number checker on the site. Incorrect item delivered and a returns request initiated which was agreed to, what they don't tell you is the return postage costs have to be paid by the customer !
£23.00 to return to Germany for an item that does not fit is ridiculous.... they sent the wrong item why should I have to pay to send it back ???
YOU MAY THINK YOU'RE SAVING MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY BUT BE WARY YOU DON'T END UP OUT OF POCKET !!

I am a regular customer but since the last three orders this company has unfortunately lowered its standard. The prices can be competitive, but the time from placing the order to completion is a few days (even if the goods are in stock), delivery time over two weeks, i.e. from placing the order to delivery about 15-17 days. And on their website it is clearly written that they are processed 24h in 4-7 days delivery, at least that was the case when I placed the order. The best part is that the apologies offer discount coupons for the next order that do not work and cheat the customer, first lower the order amount by another three percent and then change their mind. Calling that they can not do it because the superior does not allow. They promise you will call you back, but do not call back. I advise you to think carefully before you order from this company, sometimes it is better to pay extra and not waste time to check whether the order has already been processed and sent, and then wait two weeks.

I am very disappointed with the company <AUTODOC> because I received cheaper products than the ones I ordered. And the biggest shock was that <AUTODOC> allows itself to make changes in the order made by me, and this is not the first time when something like this happens.
I recommend to everyone who uses <AUTODOC> to take a photo of the order you made so that you can prove that <AUTODOC> MODIFIED your order without your consent.
I bought 5 items service parts
I ordred 5 service parts on the 17.6.22 after having to contact the service time on 4 diffrent occasions to betold items hav taken a little bit longer to dispact but should be here in the nxt 3-5 daysthis was over a week ago. Contacted them again on the 4.7.22 to be told the items are with courier and should be delivered in the nxt 3-5days and they only received the order on the 30.6.22. Overall items good. Service is below par and delivery is even worse.
Enginemounts
Absoulouty useless....ordered 2 engine mounts...received 2 totally different ones to the ones I ordered and they had loads of cracks all over them. When I messaged to complain they told me to fit them anyway and they would offer me a 20% refund...after I said no to this they said they would send a label to return them...after a week and still no sign of a return label they emailed me with a return label attached for me to print off myself.. what a useless bunch these really are. Would not use every again.

Absolute disguisting and untrustful. They fail to comply their own return policy. Parts were returned on 20/6/2023 with a proof of delivery and as of today 11/07/2023 I have no money back to my account. They are scammers and fraudsters. AVOID

Take the money. No delivery 2 weeks now. Tell u its the courier responsibility. They use evri. Surprise. Awful customer service won't help.
They won't refund u even They have requested a return from the courier. Tho I never even got the goods. The issue between 2 businesses NOT the buyers!!

I ordered some parts one day, have an email saying parts are being dispatched the next day. I check the order & notice a part has been replaced with another brand without telling me. Then when I check the part it is £23 cheaper.
When I ask support about this & if the difference will be refunded, I'm told no because the part prices change & it was a price match the date/time of order.
Even after some back & forth they still won't offer any refund for the difference. Only a £10 voucher for future orders.
Why would I order from them again after this experience?
when I click on the replaced part & see cheaper part, im obviously not going to be very happy.
I'll be sending the parts back.
The guy on the chat asked if there was anything else he could help me with after failing to help me, then just closed the chat on me when I was part way through typing a reply
The company obviously doesn't care about their customers or their reputation. I will avoid this company from now on & advise friends to do the same
