Items may be returned by an individual up to 14 times, after which charges begin to apply.

Before, delivery used to take a long time, and sometimes it was really frustrating. Now things have changed orders from Autodoc arrive within just 4–5 days. I’d also like to mention the support team, who helped me choose the right part for my Volkswagen. Overall, the service has become noticeably more convenient to use.

If you're wondering is AUTODOC any good, just download the app and try it. I've placed three orders for my Ford Focus so far. Searching for parts by registration number works perfectly, the checkout process is quick, and the items always arrive in perfect condition. It's much easier than driving around parts stores trying to find what's in stock.
Suspension
I ordered parts here to repair the suspension on my Honda Civic. I used the mobile app, it’s convenient, and everything is relatively easy to find. I bought front and rear shock absorbers, suspension arms and stabiliser links. I was able to find everything I needed in one place without having to search different websites.
I placed the order directly from my phone in just a few minutes. The delivery arrived fairly quickly, the packaging was fine, and all the parts were intact. The shock absorbers and suspension arms seem to be of decent quality and were installed without any issues.

Doing some diy repairs on my 2015 nissan qashqai for the mot and needed fresh front drop links. I was gutted when the local garage asked a silly price so I had a look on autodoc. Found some Gocore drop links pretty quick. Had a small doubt about fitment since I am just a driveway mechanic but they arrived fast in solid packaging. Got them fitted this weekend and the front end feels much tighter now. Proper chuffed with how easy it was to sort myself without spending a fortune.

Needed some new brake discs for my 2016 Ford Focus since the MOT was coming up fast. Got on autodoc and ordered a Ridex set. I was a bit worried they wouldnt turn up in time for the weekend but the tracking updates were spot on. The parcel arived right on schedule and the packaging was proper secure so nothing was bashed about in transit. Got them fitted straight away and the motor is stopping perfectly now. Really chuffed with the delivery speed.
I needed a few parts for my car
I was actually surprised by how easy it was to find what I needed. There were quite a few brands and price options, so I could compare everything before placing the order.
The product information was also useful, especially when I wasn't 100% sure which part to choose. I checked the compatibility details, placed the order and everything arrived as expected and in good condition.
Window regulator
I urgently needed a driver’s side window regulator for my Golf, but local prices were much higher than Autodoc. I decided to order a Bosch one from them. It fits perfectly and works reliably. Delivery was a little slow, but I ordered over the weekend, so I understand. If you’re not in a rush, Autodoc is definitely worth it for the affordable prices.
Engine oil and oil filter
Needed to do a quick service on my Bmw 320d so ordered some engine oil and a new oil filter. I was a bit worried about getting the wrong filter size since there are a few variations but the compatibility checker made finding the right one simple. Everything arrived in good nick and fit spot on. Took me half an hour on the driveway and the motor is running lovely now. Really pleased with how easy it was to get the correct parts without any hassle.
Good for routine service bits
It was time for the yearly service on my Ford focus so I needed the usual oil and cabin filters. I was a bit unsure about the exact oil filter size but the autodoc site picked the right one from my reg. The delivery took about four days which was fine and the parts arrived well packed. Spent Saturday morning doing the swap and it all fitted perfectly. Really glad I saved a few quid doing the basic maintenance myself

needed new brake discs for my 2014 Vauxhall Astra because the old ones were grinding bad. Found some Ridex ones on Autodoc pretty cheap. Was a bit worried they wouldnt arrive in time for my weekend fix but the tracking was spot on and they turned up in just three days. The box was proper sturdy too so no damage at all in transit. Fitted them yesterday and the car stops perfect now. Well chuffed with the whole service.
