Autodoc.co.uk accepts card payments and PayPal. Shipping charges apply to orders below £140. Items are dispatched within 4 to 5 days of receipt of order.
Items may be returned by an individual up to 14 times, after which charges begin to apply.

Needed new brake pads for my ford focus and was a bit unsure which ones to get. Had a small doubt at first but the compatibility check on autodoc is spot on. Just pop your reg in and it shows exactly what fits. Ordered genuine brembo pads and they arrived quickly. The store really cares about reliability which is brilliant. Got them fitted over the weekend and my motor is fully sorted now. Highly reccomended if you want genuine parts and a reliable service.

Needed a lower suspension arm for my jaguar XJ. I ordered the wrong side initially because im daft. Contacted their customer service to sort it out. tthe team replied quickly and changed the order before dispatch. The replacement part arrived in really good nick and fitted perfectly. needed new brake discs for my vw golf and was completely stuck choosing between original parts and aftermarket ones. are genuine ones really worth the extra cash? i had a small doubt about going non oem but the advice and reviews on the autodoc site really helped me decide. ended up picking a mid range brembo set. delivery was spot on and they arrived perfectly boxed up. fitted them over the weekend with a mate and the car stops dead brilliant now. definitely saved a few quid

Needed a new starter motor for my ford puma. Used the number plate search on autodoc to check compatibility and find the right one. It turned up in 3 days, well packaged. Popped it in and it works spot on. Car starts perfectly now, proper chuffed.

I was weighing up a new or used car. Pro of used is saving a few quid but the con is having to fix stuff yourself. I chose a used ford focus and straight away it needed a new starter motor. I was a bit unsure about ordering online at first but finding the exact part was dead simple. Delivery was fast and the box was in good shape. Got it fitted sunday and the car starts perfect now. Really makes buying a used motor worth it when getting parts is this easy.

Time for the annual service on my vw golf so I grabbed some ridex filters from autodoc. Was a bit unsure if they would fit right as they were so cheap but they went on perfectly. Delivery was pretty quick too and everything arrived well packed. The car is running smoothly now and is completely sorted for its mot test. Brilliant way to save a few quid on your regular maintenance.

Whenever I switched on the air conditioning, a foul odour would fill the cabin. I ordered a carbon cabin filter and an air conditioning cleaning spray from Autodoc. The support team helped me understand the difference between the different filter types and choose the right one. My order arrived within four days. After replacing the filter and cleaning the system, the smell was gone. It’s much better now.

I ordered an oil filter and a set of spark plugs from Autodoc. The parts arrived in good condition and matched the description. Although delivery took a little longer than expected, the price was good, so I can’t really complain.
