I just returned from Salzburg and we booked a coach and our driver Tim who was our National holiday designated driver did a fantastic job. He was very versed with the history of Austria and gave us suggestions on where to visit while in Austria. He made sure we were comfortable all through. The hotel was clean and in great condition. They gave my wife and I a warm welcome that made us feel at ease in a foreign country. Well, the prices were a bit high but we did not mind at all because cheap deals can be frustrating. We met some lovely people and made some great friends.
Holiday to Folkestone, Bruges on 6th Aug 2023 for 5 days.
All ok, basic, however you need to stop using Burstin Hotel. Many passengers bitten by bedbugs, not mosquitoes as the hotel said. I've looked at other reviews on coach trips where customers have been bitten, some severely. Yet you are still sending your customers there. Several paasengers used a hairdryer on the mattress and they were visible- they will be sending you pics. We didn't do this because they showed them to us on way home. WE WOULDN'T HAVE GONE KNOWING ABOUT BEDBUGS - You're not being fair!
It is disgusting that you are still sending people there.
