    Newborn Baby shoes

    I found out about this website as I was browsing the internet and thought that I should try ordering from the company. However, the company website was too hard for me to use such that I could not find the baby shoes I was looking for. I thought that contacting the customer support team would help but the team was very unresponsive and when they did, responses were after 24 hours. The company needs to up its game by including a live chat or more responsive customer support via email. Otherwise, the company can also improve the usability of its website.
