Aviator jacket faux suede
THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD WITH ANY COMPANY!!!!!!!!
My experience all stats in January 2022 TRIED to order a jacket for winter and for 3 months i got the run around THEN after the 3 months YOUR COMPANY gave me a gift card for the jacket so dummy me TRIED to order the same jacket still no jacket long story short IM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS ORDER FROM HERE EITHER!!!!!!!!
Blue Fluffy Jumper
Easy to buy the blue fluffy jumper. I hadva confirmation email. After that nothing. That was 10th December 2021. I emailed several times. Rubbish automated excuses. I got suspicious and phined their custoner service number 3 times- all advisers busy. Utter lies..I want to prosecute Ultamodan but not sure how but I paid £37 approx with a bank statement to prove it and no jumper 4 months later. Do not buy from these Morons. Now their website is being updated so I cannot email them. I think we all need to prosecute them and get our money back but how??
Long gilet
Awful company..ordered a product which didnt arrive in time stated.Chased up order on numerous occasions.In the end I cancelled the order and received an email to confirm I would receive a refund.This was easily over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund.
The company is now not returning my emails.

Pajamas
If no stars was an option I would choose that. I placed an order for pajamas in November (Re: Order #US21958 confirmed) and still nothing other than messages that do not agree to cancel my order but just say “I've forwarded your order for urgent processing, we will notify you as soon as the order is dispatched.” That is a bald-faced lie. This outfit is unethical and fraudulent.

Con artists - neither goods or refund received - I have a detailed train of emails explaining issues with processing department etc. etc. at one stage I received a text message informing me that the refund had been processed - unfortunately it did not reach my bank account - suspect the whole purpose was to ensure that I did not raise a dispute with my bank which has to be done within a 120 day period after placing the order for anyone else who falls into their trap - ask for a charge bank claim to be activated- empowering women - they're having a laugh

I ordered these nearly a year ago & despite chasing, have received neither the goods nor a refund. Now I can't reach them. I think they must be a bogus company

This order was made 1st week of January. Haven't recieved this. No one answers the phone.the last email I sent to them never got a response. I would not recommend them to anyone .
A green velvet shirt
Really awful Company, I ordered my shirt in the 13th December
Nothing came, I sent e-mails
They finally said my shirt had been shipped, on the 11th January I received a parcel
wrong order, they sent me a trouser suit.
I want a refund, but it looks like I wont get that, I am contacting my credit card company. Please do not order from them.

My order took 3 days longer to arrive than I wanted - so 4 stars! But the jacket and top I got fit perfectly and I'm pretty happy with the prices..................

Beautiful Coat! So Happy!
I was concerned ordering off this site due to the reviews, but I took a risk as there was a beautiful faux fur coat I wanted. Glad I did, it arrived in time and looks amazing!
