Gucci sandles
I love shopping at The Luxury Closet store because I get to purchase designerwear at great discounts! I always find something that catches my eye… and for a fraction of the price! I recently purchased this pair of Gucci black leather sandals. They were 26% off and originally were retailing at £268! (I Love Black Friday offers) There were only a couple of pairs left of my size, and I snatched them up. It's not often that I get to wear designer sandals like this so I was very happy. The Luxury Closet has always delivered my orders discreetly and they package them well. I have not found any fault with all my purchases from this store and that is why I will continue coming back.
Watch
The luxury closet sent me a postal label to send my Watches to them. The watches was sent by DHL, after a few days my watches hadn't move so I ask Tarif to investigate for me. I was told by Tarif that the reason the watches was held up was due to the value of over 5k and I would reserve the parcel back and Tarif would arrange for separate postage labels to spread the value. I agree to this after a week I hadn't reserved the parcel back Tarif again said he would investigate. It turned out that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address so again the parcel was collected by DHL and was going to be sent back to me. After a while Tarif said that the box was empty when the parcel got back to the DHL depot after it was delivered to the wrong address, i have asked for proof but Tarif told me I can't have any proof🤔 1st why was I told to us DHL who wasn't able to send with the value over 5k?
2nd why was I told this was the reason of the delay?
3rd why was the parcel delivered backto the wrong address even though luxury closet have my address.
4th why was the parcel empty after it was delivered to the wrong address?
Tarif has since claimed he never said DHL was not able to send parcels of that value and that is a complete lie and I have the emails to prove exactly what he has said.
I'm happy to provide anyone with the emails or please go to the luxury closets social media pages to see the screen shots of the emails
I'm still waiting for my parcel to be delivered back to me after 4 months.
I'm now not having my emails answered.
