Ordered item through klarna. Tagdeal unable to fulfil item, offered a different item by completely different brand which I didn't want. Requested cancellation. Have had all contact since ignored, transaction still showing on my klarna app. Tagdeal are total con artists. Avoid like the plague unless you want ripped off or stolen from. Disgusting company
Arrived so late that I had given up. This company has yet to convince me that it is not a scam.
The customer service is terrible IF you can get a response. Their agents don’t even know how to track a returned item, and ignore your requests for help. I’m disgusted with the lack of care for its customers. Still waiting for a refund.
