Ordered LED Lights
This is my first time using Lights.co.uk and was purchasing some LED ceiling lights. My ordering was simple and before I placed it, I first called the customer service just to play careful that I wasn’t ordering a product that was out of stock. After the team confirmed that the product is actually in-stock, I went ahead and placed my order. The customer service was extremely helpful and outrightly professional in informing me when my order was dispatched and when I should expect it. The lights were delivered today and they work and look perfect. I would highly love to recommend them. I will also without a doubt use their services again in the future.
Outdoorlights
DO NOT BUY ....... worse company every their delivery partners are worse then any thing the costumer service is not worth the hassle....... Took the money now refusing to give back any money believing DPD over our words. Was told that it would be delivered on Friday was told no one was at home when i was working from home when called was told that delivery companies skips some deliver due to timings but had said that they tried to deliver.
i rather spend more and get good costumer service there have also been times where they have just put the phone down and no one higher to talk to ....... Rubbish company be very careful. i would not trust them at all.
