    Ordered a long sleeve jersey

    I bought a long sleeve jersey from the Le Col company, and the experience of using their products is awesome. I came across this company through a recommendation from one of our members of your bikers association. I decided to try one of their products to check if their services are worth a try. The customer services were treated by order with utmost urgency, and that’s one thing I loved. Additionally, they kept informing me via email about how they were processing the order. I also love that the long sleeve jersey I bought supports my body, especially during long rides. I would recommend this company.

    RIP OFF COUPON CODES NOT FULL VALUE.
    While this company does make decent clothing their pricing and service is egregious. We gave them every opportunity to correct but instead of offering the full incentive namely the real value of their strava code coupon they just kept writing back on endless threads different people to the point that by the final and last e-mail they couldn't even get out name right.

    They send out these coupons example $100 off but instead of applying the FULL value they add tax on the MSRP AMOUNT than deduct the $100 off.... so the coupon has false value.

    Then they kept blaming their E-comm platform. Would it make basic customer service sense to write the customer back maybe : “ Dear Sir, you are correct”…. we have adjusted your order… nope they did ZIP!

    Instead they offered up lame excuses about their E-comm is set up this way ?

    Would it not make common sense that if this was a concern that they would correct and contact their E-comm? NOT HERE! NO ONE in ANY industry does this. This is crooked accounting practises. Needless to say we spent $1100 of our hard earned money elsewhere. There’s s NO shortage of great clothing made today. We tried are very best to communicate with them on numerous emails but they just kept on with " Its not us ..its our E-comm" thank you for your feedback. LOL!!
