Dress
Ordered a dress lovely colour and style, zip sewn in faulty made hip material stick out returned dress in same condition received it ,then told thay hadn't received it when I produced proof of postage and delivery then said its there but put in quarantine as its damaged ,, tons of texs back for to get my refund thay admitted the item zip was faulty. But as of yet no refund 😕 asked for contact number no joy. Won't give up tho that's my money thay keeping hold of.
Jewellery
Evri delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Happens all the time so I am used to following up with any retailer who uses Evri to explain the issue and usually they are pretty helpful. Not Oxygen Boutique. They have refused to reach out to Evri and refused to issue a refund as they have accused me of lying. The emails I got were really unpleasant and they threatened to go to the police. I have never encountered such a reaction from a retailer for simply requesting that I please receive the item I paid for. Have read all the reviews. It seems like they are a great retailer if things go well, but awful if you need ‘customer service’

Apparently my original order was "lost" then they took another 3 weeks to send a replacement, which was the wrong colour. They wouldn't respond until I put a review on Truspilot,, then they offered a refund if I took the review down, a common thing they do with everybody as they get a lot of negative reviews. Truspilot took down their reply for breaching guidelines....they lied, said I'd threatened them and then said they'd reported me to my employer and the police, for bullying and harassment ....whoever is in charge of their admin is an absolute lunatic ..they definitely need help ...and the cost of the item? £5.52....they were sending me threatening emails all day Saturday to get out of refunding £5.52!
Dress
Ordered a dress from this company which hasn’t arrived. Have been provided with courier and a tracking number that doesn’t exist - have contacted the courier and they have no recollection of the tracking number. Oxygen respond to emails with vague information but cannot confirm where my item is claiming that at their end they can see the details fine and that it was out for delivery. Now they are saying they will start legal action against me for posting a review detailing my experience. No dress, no refund, no details on delivery as tracking number doesn’t exist and they have taken over £200.
Cosmetics
Steer clear of this company I had an problem with a product I wanted to return and because of that they've done nothing but threaten, bully, blackmail and accuse me of abuse, but will always turn it around and blame the customer. check other review platforms you will see that they have behaved similar with other customers. They sit around waiting for reviews so they can flag them for abuse ect, I honestly am convinced they have some serious issues.

Dress arrived with a tear in and I was blamed for doing it. Now filed legal case to get my money refunded. Seems to be a pattern when returning & customer service is appalling. Buyers beware.
