    Bought Outdoor Boots

    I wanted my products first and that is why I came to shop from this company because they offered a next-day delivery on their items. I wanted to purchase boots for my weekend outdoor activity. I first contacted the customer service team confirming whether it was possible especially on my chosen product and when the company confirmed, I placed my order. The customer delivery team brought the boots the following day. You can’t imagine how happy I was. The boots look durable but I can’t ascertain that as I have worn them only once since I ordered them. However, I would love to highly recommend Koi Footwear.

This was after the company moved its manufacturing to China. According to the company, they aim to push creativity to all outlets, which includes the design and overall aspects of the brand.

Koi Footwear categories are Men's, New In, Ankle Boots, Mary Janes, Trainers, Shoes, Long Boots, Sandals and Accessories. The Ankle Boots category features both men's and women's ankle boots, chunky boots, Chelsea boots, gothic bots, platform boots, velvet boots, biker boots, flat boots, lace-up boots and hiking boots. The trainers' category features also men's and women's chunky trainers, sporty trainers, white trainers, dad trainers and 90s trainers. Their heels category contains jewel heels, platform heels, strappy heels, embroidered heels, court heels, stiletto heels, lace-up heels, block heels, wedges and perspex heels. Koi Footwear offers UK standard delivery for £3.99 for orders over £25 and £4.99 for orders under £25. Their UK next working day delivery is £4.99 for over £25 orders and £5.99 for under £25 orders. US clients can choose from two delivery options - USA Tracked delivery for $18.99 but free for orders over $150 and USA DHL Express for $34.99 but also free for over $150 orders. There is an EU Tracked service for that region with a €16.99 shipping fee while Ireland orders cost £4.99 to ship. Koi Footwear accepts returns from clients within 28 days from when it was delivered. “Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons” – the company claims.
