Bought a Garden Dining Set
I have always wanted to have a garden dining set for use, especially when visitors want to rest outdoors. I thought about this since last year, and when I browsed through DeubaXXL, I found a set that would ideally be in the area. I emailed the customer support team to check if the product was in-stock and then ordered. The delivery team brought the item within the promised timelines and even helped me fix them in the right position with much stress. The seat looks more expensive than they already are, giving my outdoor a more rejuvenated look. I highly recommend the company’s products.
Air Conditioner
Ordered a portable aircon unit from Deuba a week ago. Information provided at time of order was 2 to 4 days.
Provided with a Yodel tracking number which states that Yodel is waiting for provision of the item from Deubbaxxl. This has been the case for the last 6 days.
Have emailed Deubbaxxl and had no response. I will now raise the matter with the credit card provider.
I WOULD AVOID ORDERING FROM DEUBBAXXL.
Gardenshed
order garden shed and i received 2 out of 3 boxes, one boxes missing, i called them ywice a day and 5 days always same answer, you cant reach customer service at all even via chat, i put my order number and register email, their webpage cant find my email, i wrote to them over instegram facebook and x ,nobody return, its worst place ,i ever did my online shopping dont buy from them
Luggage Set
Awful company,
Didn't even dispatch the luggage set I ordered and then would not give me a refund despite the fact I cancelled the order before it was even sent out.
Had to have my bank claim the refund for after a month.
Do not use or trust this poor excuse of a company.
