Juliet Italian Leather Sofa
Nothing beats Designer Sofas when it comes to matters sofa! I was right to trust them with my sofa purchase and the experience was smooth all through until I received them, The Italian Leather Sofa Suites were delivered in perfect condition which to me is a very important aspect when purchasing online. The material used was excellent and I feel like the photos don’t do the chairs justice. I was able to choose the color I want from their online color catalog and Esspresso 710 was my choice. The two-man delivery helped as they did all the lifting and delivered it to my living room.
Classic Red Chesterfield Sofa Suite
From start to finish I can't complain about customer service.
I ordered online and was contacted next day to confirm my order and cushion firmness.
I was emailed/texted several times with updates on my order.
The day of delivery I was phoned 45 minutes before to let me know they were on their way.
I've got a narrow hallway but the delivery guys knew what they were doing and had it in and set up in no time. It certainly wasn't that easy to remove the old sofa.
The sofa itself is top quality and I love the colour.
Would definitely recommend designersofas4U and order from them again.

Having read some of the reviews I was somewhat skeptical. I have never made a large purchase online. I did my research on the internet, requested some information to be posted out to me and spoke to Michael and Amy who helped me with my questions. Looking back I’m not sure what I got worked up about. I love my chairs and today I placed my order for a matching footstool.

Do not purchase a sofa from Designer Sofas 4 U!
I recently had a sofa delivered. One of the delivery men was very heavy handed with the sofa and damaged the windowsill to the left of my front door and the doorway to the living room. This was despite there being adequate space for the sofa to fit through. His colleague even pointed out to him that he hadn’t manuveured the sofa correctly. I couldn’t get through to the after sales team via telephone and so emailed them with photographic evidence of the damage. They refused to take responsibility and tried to blame the damage on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It is not worth the risk to your home.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE SNEAKY PEOPLE.
I ordered a sofa for 1,200. I spent 45 minutes in a video call with a nice woman with pink hair choosing which studs would look best on the antique blue leather. When the sofa arrived it was NOTHING like the one in the picture OR the video call. It was a completely different leather altogether. The sofa was practically black. When I complained I was told it was the lighting and the sofas are made to order so I cannot get a refund. As soon as i complained there was a new photo uploaded to the site with the leather i recieved, both pictures are exactly the same model number. I will try and attach pictures of the the two sofas. I could only get a percentage back and had to pay for the collection of it. I received 750 back. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING THIEVES. I left this review on google and they replied "you dirty little rat wait til i get my hands on you" it was quickly removed but i jave screenahots.
Comfy Sofas
I am really chuffed with sofa from Designer Sofas For U! Quick delivery in time for Christma. Sofas are very comfortable, but i seem to prefer the Queen Anne Chair as I'm tall. Would definately advise to go for the Queen Chair if you're tall. Totally worth a visit ... will b back next year to buy another sofa for my orangery!
