I wanted to order some products on craftstach and therefore rushed to check some reviews. I panicked when I saw a lot of negative reviews and therefore thought that perhaps I should avoid the company. However, I contacted the customer support team and checked how they would justify the negative reviews. The company told me that they have a lot of other happy customers who don’t leave reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered Deflecto 3 x caddy organizer and the customer support sent a confirmation email almost immediately. The following day, they emailed me again to inform me that my intel would be delivered the next day. Today at noon, the delivery agents arrived with my organizer packaged well and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them.
