I bought some bags
The company’s customer Service definitely aims to deliver positive outcomes and reflects the quality and values of the Aspinal Brand. I’m very happy with the style and craftsmanship of the company’s products. My recently bought bag is now a special gift for my wife’s birthday. We had previously bought a wallet for my son but sadly, it started to wear off in a short space of time. I contacted Aspinal and the team went to greater lengths to resolve the problem and find a decent solution. The customer support team (particularly Anne) guided me through everything that I should have done and I was more than happy to try them out. When the wearing out proved impossible, the support team was apologetic and keen to deliver a solution that was more than acceptable.
