Appalling service. We had pet protect insurance for over 7 years with no claims. When we finally wanted to use the service as we discovered our ladrador had cancer we ended up having to pay for the whole treatment. This was after PetProtect advised we could go ahead with the operation as we were covered.
We became liable for the whole cost of treatment and truants after. It was incredibly distressing.
Pet Protect let us down terribly suggesting that the type of cancer our labrador was not covered.
