classic motorcycle insurance
Lexham is Incredibly easy to get insured compared to other insurance companies who make you jump through hoops and end up dismissing you. I have been a victim of poor insurance companies, but my experience with Lexham was a matter of a couple of clicks and an email. I have classic motorcycle insurance with Lexham and made a claim two weeks ago after an accident. I’m now fully compensated! My claim paid attention to the requirement, like sending proof within the timelines. I loved their services and would remarkably recommend them to anyone looking for premium services. Rang to cancel my insurance with 6 months remaining , when I finally got through was told I would receive nothing back ! Having now read other reviews for lexham seems this is a common thread with their service ..they appear to be reasonably priced , bit then once that have your money they keep it . Assistant I spoke too was rude and kept repeating a few practised quotes without explaining why they thought they could keep all of my money ! Would never use this company again , I've been insuring motorbikes for 40 years and this is the worst service I have encountered

Very hard to get hold of by phone. Website was continually having problems with.i
When company rang i was working asked them to call back never did.insurance
Not everyone can continually hold a line for over 30 minutes.
By time actually get through insurance was day late and had to start new quote.
Not pleased with service on the occasion
Motorcycle Insurance
Lexham Insurance are terrible when you need to file a claim. They have horrible customer service that make blank promises to you as to when you will receive a call back. I have been waiting 4 days and I have called them 4 times already. The first time I called them, they told me I would receive a call the next day. After they failed to contact myself I called again in which they said I would get a call the next day... 2 days past and I have no called them again asking for a direct line for me to contact to get my issue sorted and still no reply from them.
They're so quick to take your money when you look for insurance but go brain dead when you need their help.
Insurance motorcycle
I took the policy on 05/07 and asked for call back on the 07/07 - nobody called back as I wanted to cancel. I managed to get through to them today 08/07 and they charged me nearly £100 of fees to cancel!!! I am going to escalate this as on Citizens advice there should a period of 14 days where you can cancel without such a financial damage!
I do not recommend! I got cheaper insurance elsewhere and will not come back ever. Moreover their portal did not worked and when I called they could not fix it... Could not see my documents etc. They need to sort them selves out.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. Don't chose this company, customer service is terrible, cancellation department rude and aggressive, raising voice. Worst stay away. Probably in case of incident or accident you would hace to pay, not they would cover anything.

Dodgy Provider, took my money three weeks later cancelled my policy. Claiming they never recieved the money. Told them I have proof of it all, the response was a terminated call. Usual from Britains worst people.
