    House selling With YopaHub

    I was looking to sell my house and a friend recommended that I try Yopa. I contacted them and they were so courteous and very resourceful. They sent over a local agent to come to assess my house and to discuss the figures I wanted. I paid a small one-time fee(I had the option to pay after I sold the house) which I only did once. They did not become greedy to start imposing more commissions on me. They connected me to the Yopa Hub and I could view viewing requests from buyers. Yopa agents helped to negotiate with them and to convince them and I was happy because they made a tedious process look so easy. Thank you

Yopa provide the full range of services that you would expect from a traditional high street estate agents.

If you decide to use Yopa, a local estate agent will visit your home and make an initial valuation based on their viewing.

The customer can then decide if they would like to use the services of Yopa or not. This can either be done online or by telephone.

At this point, Yopa offer three different ways to pay for their service. You can either choose to pay a single, up front payment. This is the cheapest option. Alternatively, you can choose to defer the payment, or make a payment once your house is sold.

Yopa will then list your house on all of the major house selling websites such as RightMove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.

You can either host the viewings yourself or have Yopa do the viewings for you.

Yopa also offer mortgaging and conveyancing services.
