Tyres fitting
Second time using Tyre shopper and the service was horrible! I scheduled to have my tyres fitted and when I drove to have my jeep tyres fitted, I was told that they were busy and that I should wait for about 2 hours. I had traveled 20 miles for the service and this was a major inconvenience. I had to wait and it was the longest wait ever. They did not offer any apologies for the delay despite seeing how angry I was. Even though the first experience was ok, I will not be using Tyre Shopper again. Stay away from them!

Tyre shopper failed to advise that National Tyre charge £10 if you need a new tyre moved to another axle. Five minutes work at £10. thats £120 per hour labour. The car is already off the ground so its a five minute job. If I had known I was, in my opinion, going to be conned by National Tyre, I would have moved the wheels round before getting the new ones put on. I have never in 45 years been charged to move a wheel round after purchasing new tyres.
