Items may be returned by an individual up to 14 times, after which charges begin to apply.

Before, delivery used to take a long time, and sometimes it was really frustrating. Now things have changed orders from Autodoc arrive within just 4–5 days. I’d also like to mention the support team, who helped me choose the right part for my Volkswagen. Overall, the service has become noticeably more convenient to use.

If you're wondering is AUTODOC any good, just download the app and try it. I've placed three orders for my Ford Focus so far. Searching for parts by registration number works perfectly, the checkout process is quick, and the items always arrive in perfect condition. It's much easier than driving around parts stores trying to find what's in stock.
Suspension
I ordered parts here to repair the suspension on my Honda Civic. I used the mobile app, it’s convenient, and everything is relatively easy to find. I bought front and rear shock absorbers, suspension arms and stabiliser links. I was able to find everything I needed in one place without having to search different websites.
I placed the order directly from my phone in just a few minutes. The delivery arrived fairly quickly, the packaging was fine, and all the parts were intact. The shock absorbers and suspension arms seem to be of decent quality and were installed without any issues.

To be honest, I only started to buy spare parts myself after a local garage quoted me an exorbitant price for a simple job. I tried Autodoc and ordered rear brake discs for my Focus. Everything arrived safely and fit as expected. I did the same a few more times after that, for caliper bolts, an air filter and a coolant temperature sensor. No issues with the parts so far. The only problem I had was with customer support, which was often slow to respond. It sometimes took a while to get a reply. However, the last time I contacted them, someone got back to me within a few minutes. I'm not sure if that was just luck or if they've actually improved.
Ordered a pair of tyres for my SUV
I’m impressed by how this company works out and treats me as its customer. This time around, I’m specifically impressed by the delivery team. The delivery team brought by ordered pair of tyres well packed, unlike a certain company that I had previously ordered from only for them to bring my tires looking worn out before I even install them. The delivery team was perfect! What’s more, the products are quality and give real value for the money spent. However, if the delivery team could improve on how first they deliver, it would be a great favour to the customers. I highly recommend their products.

There's a good range of parts and you can usually find something to suit your budget. I've ordered a few times now and the quality has been consistent so far. No issues up to now.

I could not decide where to order shock absorbers for my car. A few friends told me AUTODOC is completely trustworthy and the prices are decent so I gave them a try. Everything went smooth, the part fitted perfectly and the delivery was fast.

Is AUTODOC any good? I used it for my Ford Focus to buy new brakes and an oil filter. The reg search found my parts and the price was fair. It takes a few days to get the stuff but I did not have to go to a shop. It works for me.

I am very disappointed with the company <AUTODOC> because I received cheaper products than the ones I ordered. And the biggest shock was that <AUTODOC> allows itself to make changes in the order made by me, and this is not the first time when something like this happens.
I recommend to everyone who uses <AUTODOC> to take a photo of the order you made so that you can prove that <AUTODOC> MODIFIED your order without your consent.
Enginemounts
Absoulouty useless....ordered 2 engine mounts...received 2 totally different ones to the ones I ordered and they had loads of cracks all over them. When I messaged to complain they told me to fit them anyway and they would offer me a 20% refund...after I said no to this they said they would send a label to return them...after a week and still no sign of a return label they emailed me with a return label attached for me to print off myself.. what a useless bunch these really are. Would not use every again.
