Boiler repair
247 Home Rescue are legit and just as their name suggests, they will come to help repair your boiler as was in my case. My boiler stopped functioning at 9 pm and I am glad they answered my call when I called and the engineer and his partner came an hour after I called. They were very professional and friendly and explained what the issue was and repaired it. They were very helpful and asked that we call them in case we encounter any problem but it has been 2 months now and I haven’t encountered any problem. They did a good job and I recommend them to anyone with boiler or heating problems.

Awful. Not sure how the regulator allows them to operate
This is one of the cheapest providers but HANDS DOWN the worst.
They never come to appointments just rearrange and rearrange. So once you have taken a day off work to be at home they cancel the night before. Over and over again.
Employees in back office are based in India and have terrible customer service. Cant even lodge a complaint. They refuse to take one. Unbelievable!
Avoid this company like the plague.
Follow up: 7 December 2023 They finally sent an amateur "engineer". His fiddling ended up breaking the central heating system completely.
They promised to send someone to rectify it within 24 hours. Noone bothered to turn up. My 83 year old mother is freezing to death. What and awful company. Having to seek out a local boiler engineer to rectify what they broke.
Complaints department told me to sod off.
