DESCENTE BRECK INSULATED JACKET BLACK
I am a winter sports fanatic and it was high time I looked for a new jacket. I purchased an insulated jacket in 2019 without much thought. But when I asked my friend, he suggested I go for a brand that takes high-quality materials in making their products. He even showed me some pictures of his jackets and I was amazed by the quality. So, off I went to task myself in finding this jacket. After hours of searching online, I found it at the Wintersport Store. I Got a high-quality jacket from them and when I showed it to my friend he was impressed with it. I feel great in it, unlike the other jacket that I had to add a sweater to stay warm while skiing.
Kask Helmet
Poor customer service and very slow response. Charge for a product that is not available. After two weeks the helmet has not been shipped even after agreeing to accept a different color! Not recommended

Absolutely awful customer service!!!!
Found the product online and bought as a gift for a family member. When ordering this product, the website gave 2 options for each size but with no clear difference between each size so when ordering a size 46, I have had to guess which colour I am getting because it does not say if the ones I have chosen are white or black.
When ordering, the email confirmation I received stated that I would receive a track and trace code when my order had been shipped. It took 14 days to get my track and trace code and I only got it because I opened a ticket through my account. If you do decide to order an item from them, make sure you open a ticket to speak with them because they just completely ignore emails that you send in to the email they give.
I thought this would be the end at this point but how wrong I was!
Using the track and trace code given, to my surprise I then found that they had sent my item to a completely different address to what I had put down for my shipping address. I did check the details I had saved and I HAD put down the correct address but clearly someone who works for Wintersport-store decided to 'face roll' the keyboard it seems and make up an address instead.
I am now left trying to sort out this mess because the customer service is that poor it makes a homeless individual look rich! I have tried to contact them again and it seems they cant give me an answer as to why they have done what they've done because they just leave the ticket as 'Unanswered'. I still do not have my item nor do I expect to get it because of the incompetent staff at Wintersport-store who cannot put down a correct address. Will I try and get a refund? What is the point! I would hate to see how much of a b*llache it is to get a refund when I cant even get a simple response to a message I send in.

THE WORST customer service! I would Never use again !
I strongly advise against placing an order with this company. The customer service provided by Gr Dion has been absolutely appalling. The item I ordered has been held up at customs and is now three days past the latest delivery date that was confirmed to me. I placed my order with complete trust expecting the item to arrive by the latest date provided by winter sport. Unfortunately the item has not arrived and despite my request for a refund which would enable me to purchase a ski jacket this afternoon before I fly tomorrow - he is refusing to provide one ! As a result I am now left without a ski jacket and out of pocket courtesy of Gr Dion. Running a business myself I totally understand that issues arise but its how they are dealt with that matter and also thinking of my customer first. Instead I receive bad attitude and refusal to respond to my email ! This is the first time I have ever had to leave a negative review about a business - but this one is thoroughly deserved through just sheer bad attitude ! Disappointing !
