The DIY category consists of power tools, hand tools, extension leads, ladders, car care, painting & decorating, shelving, toolboxes & organizers and workbenches. VonHaus stress that they replace or repair any faulty or defective product during the warranty period. Clients should note that the warranty does not apply to products damaged or defective due to use or storage. It also doesn't apply to products bought or used for business. Clients have a choice of returning any items they are unhappy with; thanks to the company's 30 days return policy from the dispatched date. The client will have to pay for the delivery of the returning item. VonHaus claims to only refund if the item returned is unused and in its original package.
