A misguiding vidaXL 3 Piece Garden Lounge Set Impregnated Pinewood

Two weeks ago I bought a "vidaXL 3 Piece Garden Lounge Set Impregnated Pinewood" product from the vidaXL company. From the company description, the product was supposed to need some “assembling". But, what arrived was raw timber with not even pre-drilled holes and could not be assembled. I had to outsource some help and that took about 15h to put together. What’s worse, most of the pieces were unevenly cut and which made it so hard to match the design. The customer support wasn’t supportive at all neither could they replace, exchange or refund. I wouldn't recommend buying from vidaXL if you don't want to risk your money.
