Bought three dresses
This company is a total waste of money and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to fall for these scammers. I ordered three dresses from this company and first, they took so long to confirm my order. What’s worse, the company delivered the product late than they had promised and wouldn’t care to explain why and when you query that with the delivery team, they bark curse-words at you. I wish I had taken some time to check through the customer reviews on this company as they score absolutely low. Now, I have been trying to return two of the dresses they delivered because they are faulty but the support won’t email me back. Avoid!!

I went to return a pair of boots at the Oxford street store and unknowingly I was standing in the wrong queue for billing. The lady at the billing counter tried to scan the product but it didn’t work and then she realised it was a return so she asked me to go upstairs for returns on my turn, so I did. Quickly another sales person followed me upstairs where I was at the return counter and started accusing me rudely of theft and telling the other person that she hasn’t paid for the boots , when I showed them the receipt that I haven’t bought them today and I am here for a return, she refuses to listen to me at all and accuses that this is a fake receipt or a previous purchase receipt and that I have just pretended to buy the boots and then provided them with an old receipt and get a refund. I had to stand there for 5 minutes, face that embarrassment in front of all the other people and make her understand that I had bought the boots previously and I am here to return them now and it was a mistake in hearing by the cashier who earlier didn’t hear me that I was waiting for return and I asked her to confirm it with her colleague. Which then she did and realised I was telling the truth, and this lady had no courtesy to even apologise to me for her mistake or behaviour. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any of the stores I’ve ever visited. Definitely never going back to that store ever again, nor even buying anything from the brand ever. @stradivarius, you need to teach your staff some customer etiquette and train them before hiring. It’s just not done. This was my first purchase and definitely the last one from this brand. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of that lady, otherwise I would have mentioned it here. (She wore a metallic silver top and blue denim)
Cargo pants
Do not buy anything from this company. I brought a pair of cargo pants for my daughter for Christmas. They were too small so tried to exchange them. However their latest exchange date for Christmas gifts is 30th December. As I was trying to exchange a couple of days later they would not allow. Customer service is appalling and no help at all. No other company has a return date of 30th December for Christmas gifts.
